Part was not shipped until after it was supposed to arrive at my home. When it arrived in the mail it had $5.05 postage due on it when I had already paid $5.89 at the time of purchase.
I still can't believe that I purchased my 20'-21' Carefree Vacationer Screen Room for $559.98 (shipped) after comparing from $650 - $900 from several other sites and catalogs! I was skeptical at first, thinking "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is". I called the toll free number first to ask all the pertinent questions, making sure everything was as advertised, such as the storage bag, privacy panels and skirt for RV. I was told I would receive it in 7 - 10 business days and I was shocked to see it on my doorstep in Four (4) business days! I immediately inspected the contents and the quality of material. I won't be installing it until April 15th (1st camping day), but I watched the installation video on line and it looks like a breeze. I could not be happier with my purchase and the customer service received. Five stars are well deserved for my purchase from pplmotorhomes.com!

Shipment was timely. Carrier R&L called day before and day the shipment arrived. Package is unopened and not exterior damage noted. Will order from PPLmotorhomes again.

Great experience would refer others to PPL in a second. Just wish freight was less. The guy I spoke with got me everything I needed. I did have to run to lowes as the dryer vent hose was way to short. I would recommend they make that part longer.
