While in the Houston store, I received a catalog. Tried to look the items up from the catalog on line and website did not find the numbers for items in the catalog. Truly frustrating, so I quit looking at the catalog since I couldn't find the items anyway and looked up catagories and what items were there to order from...

Did not come with installation instructions or a manual, had zero paperwork with the waterheater. It was not in a factory sealed box.

Very good! Dealing with PPL has been enjoyable and the prices are fair.

All has gone smoothly so far. We still need to install the a/c to know if all parts are there and if there are any parts that I needed to have ordered.

I like the info I get on line and when I call there is always someone that can answer my questions.

I got the best price after extensive research for the model of Suburban water heater. A perfect match for my old one. Delivery was spot on as to fedex delivery. Shipping charge was minimal and on time. PPL has an extensive inventory. I will use them over and over for my parts.

The on-line item description was complete, and the ordering process was quick and easy. I received the fan promptly, but have not yet installed it in my RV.

Everythng with the order of the Kwickee steps was great. However one issue I have with the steps, is that in the PPL catalogue the weight rating on the steps is 750 lbs. There is a sticker on the steps that says 300 lbs.
What is correct?
