My order was damaged on delivery and was returned. I was never notified by email from ppl what the status of my order was. I called on 4-5-16 and was directed to the wrong person and was never contacted. I called today and was informed that company policy was not followed which was refreshing and honest. In my life dealing with corporations this has never happened. Management should applaud this behavior, and lunch is in order. Keep up the great work. Malcolm

I'm a price shopper and PPL had the best price I could find on the internet. I needed a new step controller, gear box and motor. From the time I ordered until arrival was from about 6:30 one evening and it arrived in the afternoon two days later (It took less than 48 hours. I'll buy from PPl again as needed.
