Great my first package was damaged I called and it was replaced I was very happy with the quick response my replacement was shipped same day great service!
Product arrived quickly as promised. However, in transit the plastic housing on the switch box was cracked/damaged.

Had an issue on the shipping time promised. I was leaving town and was promised item was in stock and would take 3 to 4 days (from Houston to DFW). Order took nearly 2 weeks. They told me it was because the adaptor flange I needed was not in stock, (which they did not tell me about) they held the order until the flange came in. They did not return my emails or phone calls to keep me updated on the status. When I ordered the toilet I told them I was leaving town on Friday in 2 weeks. They assured me it would be on time, it arrived on Thursday, one day before I was to leave on vacation. I did not appreciate the undue stress they caused me and my family. They left me guessing whether I needed to reinstall the old toilet or not. Finally the parts Manager promised me it would arrive before we left town and it did.
Thank You! FOR ASKING ALL WAS RECEIVED AND ON TIME. I PLAN TO USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN.

Well packed
Just what I needed. Great price. Didn't receive an email confirming shipment, but did receive emails acknowledging and confirming order. Order arrived just a few days later than I expected, but given recent floods in Houston that may have contributed to delay.
Item location was immediate and order placement was equally immediate. Five star rating certainly applies if the item is delivered in two days, as advertised.
