A very BAD experience overall. The product was as advertised. I paid extra for 2 day shipping, product arrived 4 days later... Contacted customer service on two different days, and was told I would receive a call within 24 hours, it's now a week later and I'm still waiting... The shipping delay cost me an additional service call ($85.00) to have installed. Very very unlikely to use PPL ever again and will bad mouth to other campers/rv owners at every opportunity. Pretty poor performance for a large organization.
Parts were easy to find and best price on the internet, hopefully shipping will be fast and product will arrive undamaged.

Easy to find, right price for item and shipping. I had expected to receive the item in a factory box since it was new, at least I assume it is new. It came in a plain carton wrapped in bubble wrap.
I put the device in and the capacitors blew right away. Would like to send it back
