The shipping and price were great. The packing though was very bad. 2 of the 4 cases of chemicals were ripped open due to poor packing. The box they came in was way to big. The only protection in the box was a small amount of air bags. The bottles were rolling around in the shipping box.if the bottles didn't have a seal inside the screw cap all the bottles would have leaked out all the chemicals. Just wanted to mention that. Your service was great and i was happy with the price.

Quick and painless. They had the best price on internet for the item I was looking for. I would give a word of caution to the buyer. PPL does not consider Saturday to be a regular business day for shipping. I ordered my item on Wednesday at 8PM, paid for 3 day shipping, and received it the following Monday. I was just confused because UPS delivers in our state on Saturday. Not a big deal just want to make future buyers aware. I would buy from PPL again in the future. Thanks

The water inflow connector on the Thetford is too high for existing water line to reach. Had to make an extension.

Order was very poorly packed. They just threw 3 gallon cans in a box that was too large, placed a minimum amount of paper packing around the cans, and sent it. Cans were all extremely damaged and one was leaking when it arrived.
