Quick delivery and product was exactly as advertised.
Thought item was new when purchased, websight didn't say. No warranty and had to download instalation instructions but best price. Time will tell. Wasn't aware PPL dealt with used motorhomes.

The problem I had was that I was quoted a different price than the one on your website - approximately 50 to 60% higher. I needed the part so I was not going to argue with your sales staff. However someone needs to verify that this type of information is in sync. Otherwise you have a great company and I will be using you again in the future.

Joni took my order over the phone and was great. I was given the understanding that the A/C was on the top shelf, ready for shipping the next day. I did not get a pro number and asked why. Joni said it had to come to PPL before shipping the next week. Later I find out that the conversion kit was coming from another
Location. This put me out of my camper for more than 3 weeks I the heat. My wife suffers from a heart condition + and the cat became lethargic, so we had to leave the camper. I hope to get the A/C up and running this weekend after the rain stops. I hope there is no problem with the serial communications which will add to the delays. Why does dometic not put installation instructions with the A/C? The PenguinII install is not in their manual I downloaded off the internet. Penguin II is not current in their manual.
They had what I needed and shipped same day.
My only negative comment (and it's a minor one) is that it took at least 2 full days before my order of on "in stock" item actually shipped. If my memory serves me right - I placed the order midday on Wednesday... and it left PPL on Friday. Having not received notice of shipment - I actually called PPL on Friday afternoon to ask about shipping status. Being that powered coach steps are probably not a high volume item - I was concerned that "in stock" may have really meant "we can get it pretty quick from our wholesale supplier".
Item well packaged and got the item in a short time frame.Very pleased.
Could have better wiring instructions for the roof a/c unit sold. Told me when bought 3 wires to hook up the new control box. However it had 4 wires needed and had to figure out where the 4th wire went. When called and ask about the problem was told they want it to be wired by a certified tech. I ask why didn't you tell me that at the time of purchase. Doesn't need a certified tech just better instructions.
Phone sales agent was polite, knowledgable and helpful. Delivery was faster than predicted.
