Still haven't received our refrigerator now after 2.5 weeks. ReddAway shipping lost our new four door side by side Norcold fridge. PPL is sending another and is forgiving the shipping fees. Pretty cool of them to do that. They are repairing a bad situation and doing the right thing

Well all transactions I have had via internet have been great. Most all calls I have made to PPl have been great, except for last one I called to see if an item was in stock for shipping and ask the lady on the phone if it was possible to order from her since we were already on the pone she yes no problem. I told her what I wanted and then she tells me that shipping cost more because I was doing it over the phone. I said ok I can just do it online. She said no she would honor the internet price this one time,but from now on I would have to pay the higher price because it would be their busy season. She was not friendly and acted like I was causing her a problem. Maybe she should have said I can do that over the phone for the higher shipping price to begin with. Then maybe I would not have in convenience her
