So far so good! Product arrived on time and in good condition.

Easy order, fast delivery. We haven't installed it yet but it seems pretty straight forward.

I specifically asked if this product was adaptable to a garden hose connection and they assured me that it was. Upon receiving it I found out that it was not and no adapter was available for it,so I had to jury-rig it to make it operational. Poor customer knowledge about product.

I thought the the lower door plastic shelf was way out of line for the item. Thirty dollars would be about the max.

Ordered a couple of capacitors for a rooftop ac unit on Saturday just before closing time. Very helpful on the phone and the first part came in 3 days BEFORE it was scheduled. The other one came in 1 day AHEAD of time. Great service!
