When I called the wait was quite long but the guy I spoke with was very helpful. Got the fabric and it looks good. Ordered on Friday and it came on the following Tuesday. Packed very well. I would recommend this company.
The right product at the right price. The shipping is reasonable, but would have been nicer if included or free as they say. The delay in shipping the product was not handled well and it appears to me to be caused by inadequate follow-up on the part of the PPl subcontractor.
Ordering was easy and quickly done. I ordered late on a Thursday afternoon. I used standard ground shipping as time wasn't a priority and less expensive. I received the item the following Thursday by Federal Express. I had my item in hand in five working days without asking for fast shipping. That is impressive.
I am very happy with ppl. Good service, great price and a delivery time that knocked my socks off.

My experience with pplmotorhomes.com was great. Good price and fast shipment. The only thing that threw me off was the "New" water pump I ordered did not come in the manufacture box.

To update my last review. I am completely dissatisfied with the overall experience. I wanted an AC unit that worked. In picking and choosing my order, not one thing (aside from small print) described the matching parts and gadgets. First all, their was no assembly instructions. Some one should warn the consumer how bad Dometic's users manual is. I am keeping the AC unit it self, but Amazon had a better description of the ceiling vent I need. And finally, it will cost me more to return the stuff that I cannot use, than what I paid for them. So to the trash it goes. There was no shipping charges on Amazon, and the price was lower, for the new ceiling unit. I am dissatisfied, as I sit in 100 degree heat with no AC.

AC unit installed fast about 2 hours i had cold air.Would have been faster but didn't find bolts. They were right in outside edge of packing styrofoam. Like they said everything you need.Will be a repeat customer.
I love the hitch I purchased. The price was very reasonable. We ordered the hitch for my camper while on a camping trip and it arrived at my home before I even got home from vacation! Awesome experience overall!

Good prices and quick delivery
My air conditioner fan went out@ a 108 deg. Outside an inside 'Arizona weather". Ordered a fan and a capacitor, took longer for the handling than the two day shipping. Longest week of my life it seemed like, with very little sleep. The shipping was actually pretty fast but I wish they could do faster handling on some items that are more important to living conditions. But thats the way it is. I installed the fan and parts, started it right up. What a relief from the heat!

Not my first order and still satisfied in the 5s. It was easy to get working and set up and get working. Only problem was it arrived at the Billings, MT USPS receiving station on 7/21/2016 and sat there until 7/25/2016 then was sent and received at the Clinton Post Office on 7/25/2016 and delivered by the Post Office to my residence on 7/26/2016. I do not understand it sitting at the Billings Postal Receiving Station for 4 days! This is not an issue with pplmotorhomes but the USPS.
