Have ordered from you before, shipping is always fast and quality items delivered.
I flawlessly ordered and was delivered a water pump. The only glitch was that the factory settings of the shut off pressure or bypass pressure were not correct so the pump would not shut off when first installed. After reading the instructions and online information I was able to adjust the pressures so it would shut off but I am not positive that the pressures are adjusted correctly.
Product was as expected and delivered ahead of the projected delivery date.
Very good! Especially like the flat rate low cost shipping! I have not tried it yet, but the quality seems outstanding, and made in the USA.

Just what I needed. Only drawback was that no notice was given whether or not you got my order finally had to contact you to find out what was up. Not very happy about that. Should have automated recording system for orders so things don't get lost or misplaced.
It seems difficult for me to find the parts I need on your website. It might be because I always need parts for vintage trailers and often have to have pictures to verify it is the correct bit.
HOWEVER, once I find what I need the price is good, you process and ship the order without delay and your packing crew does an OUTSTANDING JOB! I have to say, I was a little worried about how that crazy awning pull rod was going to arrive. Would it look more like a corkscrew than a pull rod after going through all of those shipping centers and hands? But no, there isn't even one tiny kink or bend in it because it was well packed.
Please thank all of your crew for me. You don't know how many websites I searched to find that thing and how difficult (to say the least) it is to deploy a Zip Dee awning out without it! PPL will now be the first place I check when I need parts... and with three 'vintage' trailers I tend to need a lot of parts.
