The delivery was delayed due to a UPS mistake of sorting the package at their warehouse. I do understand this was not in PPL's control.

Always good service and prices. Even though R&L didn't get shipment until Wed. They still delivered by Fri. Don't believe UPS or FEDX would have been that fast. Brisk II was very easy to replace and works great. Really impressed!
The only complaint I have is the shipper bent the box before delivery and now I have a crease in the large panel. I hope it will smooth out in time. Other than that everything was great. Claribel went above and beyond to get my order to me on time. She definitely deserves 5 stars!
