Ordering process is easy and fast. Delivery was on time and at my front door, even with the semi truck delivery.
We made an appointment last winter, they had the vehicle for 6 weeks. We made several calls for estimate and status, rarely returned. Picked up the rv and the dashboard fabric was torn, and dash scratched, strut on passenger side was repaired, but that on driver's side-which wasn't an issue when we took it in-was broker. Made an appointment to get that fixed and took it in on Monday/Tuesday. Have left 5 messages as to estimate, final call was to tell them we would pick it up and go elsewhere. Obviously, no one listens to the messages because they were surprised when we picked it up. Never take your rig there-find another repair service

Excellent service, when I placed my order I actually gave them the wrong zip code to my mailing address and they politely called me the next day to clear up the issue. I will be ordering from them again.
The true test of a vendor is when there are problems. I ordered a new AC unit and after installation it was found to be defective. The factory just gave me the run around so I called PPL and they were excellent and shipped a replacement unit and a call tag to get the defective unit shipped back. I have not yet received it so I don't know the final verdict but PPL was good to work with unlike the Airxcel warranty folks.

I needed a new air conditioner for my RV. I chose one based on advice from my RV repair service and he located one at the best price from PPL. It was $200 cheaper than the next best price. Shipping was free and I ordered it on a Sat. And it was delivered from Texas to New Hampshire by the following Thursday. No reasonable person could ask for more.
