The microwave is not the best we've ever owned, but it was easy to install in the space we have, and it works. For the money, it was a bargain purchase.

Product was was not shipped on time, I was told due to availability issues. I upgraded the order under the 'sale price' but have yet to see a bill or confirmation of what was billed to my credit card.
