I compared prices and found PPL the best. I replaced an entire lighting system on my 93' Brave with Led at half the price of list found in large RV catalogs handed out by rv parts houses. I ordered a 25ft awning the price of the complete awning was about $500 cheaper than anybody else and this included delivery to my home, where others had a extra charge for home delivery. I have been ordering from PPL since 2008 and never had a problem.

The service was good, delivery on the correct date, however the delivery person failed to knock, honk, or give any indication that he had placed the package in front of the garage. The front mounting bracket was smashed in apparently to fit the box, an inconvenience to say the least. The wiring color code was not exact, but was acceptable. I am glad I kept the old unit until the install time, as I received a brass gas coupling that I did not expect, but needed the two plastic nipples from the rear of the old tank. I wish PPL would at least recommend the correct contact tape for the install, as it would have made the job much easier with the correct sealant. Perhaps they could even put 8 feet of tape with the package. I have ordered from PPL in the past and I am happy with their products and service.
