Thanks in advance.UPDATE When I received my order it stated on the packing slip that there were armrests which were not included. Was I supposed to receive armrests?

Would like to have less shipping fees! Pretty expensive shipping, wild have thought it was overnighted at this cost.

I ordered two Yamaha generators on a sale price. I was told shipping would be 7 to 10 days. They showed up the next day without delivery charges. Very happy about the entire process. The representative I spoke with was very helpful and considerate.

When we received the order it had been damaged in shipping. The call to PPL about this issue was pleasant and no hassle to resolve it. The damage was not PPL's fault but they acted as if it was and rectified it promptly. We appreciated their customer service.
