I ordered a Progressive Dynamics Mighty Mini, 60 amp last year. It arrived with in a timely fashion for a reasonable price! But it arrived loosely packed with a cracked & loose mounting flange. I trusted it would be functional so I never took initiative to contact you or the delivery service about it. Didn't get to hook it up until this summer and it turns out the 12v system is compromised... the cooling fan doesn't work! So the box gets too hot for me to use the 12v system without danger of damaging the unit or worse a fire!
So I am sad about my experience after reading your return policy and kicking myself in the butt for not taking initiative when it first arrived.

Took three try's to get my card to go through. Every time something was missing when I went back to redo the first time my phone # was missing then the shipping same as billing was not checked. Your order program could stand improvement

I still haven't recieved my fridge and it's been two weeks
I received notice of shipment complete with tracking number the same day that the order was delivered. This late notification is of no value in trying to plan on being present to take delivery. This is not the first time I have experienced such late shipment notification from PPL.
