This is the second time around with PPL. Once I found the replacement number for a discontinued item everything was easy.

I loved everything about the site and order processes but my Igniter wire was cut in shipping I guess I'll need to replace that but other than that everything was great.

This order could not have been easier. Delivery of my order was faster than anticipated, and delived by the carrier within the timeframe scheduled.
I will not be able to have the refrigerator installed for several weeks, however, I don't anticipate any problems.

I like the concept but the front side panel looks terrible on my 5th wheel & the brackets that hold the side panels fall off daily. PPL had me call Carefree & they told me to call PPL.

Simple and Fast. Product was well described along with technical info. Arrived well packaged with excellent installation info. Would do business again for sure. Will not install until spring.

Great price. Couldn't believe how fast it arrived

Added oil and fuel,started on the 3rd pull. Quiet,compact,and portable. Plugged in a toaster and hair dryer and had power for both. Overall a very nice unit. Appreciated the gas turn-off to burn off fuel in the system prior to storage.

I called and asked the parts man why my water heater came in a brown box instead of being packed in the manufacturers box, as the rim around the frame was bent in. Also the mfg sticker was removed and that means I have a water heater with no serial number, I am also worried about not having a warrenty. Like I said I called and was sent to customer service. Was told they would call me and so far I haven't heard anything
