The water heater I ordered arrived damaged...the box had been dropped, split open and someone taped it up.

Easy to make product selection with drop lists. End caps on shipping tubes missing - scuffed up the product during shipment.

The order was delivered very timely,price was very good. The product was damaged somewhere during shipping [ looks like a forktruck impaled it]. I'm not sure what the procedures are to correct this but it sure is taking a long time to get another unit. Personal service is very limited, most is done via e-mail, a phone call go's a long way in my book...
