I received the product quicker than expected. Mounted the steps, redid the wiring, everything worked as advertised. I have made several friends that own RV's aware of PPL. I won't hesitate to use them again when needed.

Great online shopping

The can was not in perfect shape when it arrived. The shippers must have thrown the box. The can was still sealed though. Just a little banged up.

Received order in two days. Exactly what we needed to replace our ten year old RV water heater.

The order was received quicker then I expected. Thank you. However, I was a little disappointed that PPL did not let me know that the order had been shipped. I almost called to see what the hold up was when I finally received the delivery date from the carrier. Just a little matter but it would have been good if PPL had notified me when the carrier picked up the order. Thanks anyway.

Thought that the installation wiring would be included in the control kit but will have to purchase these separately. That was a bit disappointing for such a high cost.

Product came in original unopened packaging. Arrived on time and was priced very competitively even with freight.

The item I received was not the item pictured in the add and had a different part number. I called on Saturday 9/24/2016 to find out why. I was told that someone would call me. On the following Monday to discuss this. Still waiting? No call yet.

The shipping was on time, items were packed great, setup instructions are very simple, and i love the automatic satellite search. Worth the money.
