Excellent! We ordered a Countoure microwave unit for our RV. The order process was easy, the product arrived faster than promised, it was in good condition. The microwave included a trim kit so the unit could be installed in a cabinet. The trim kit included the upper and lower ducts so fresh air could be drawn in through the front trim and then exhausted back out through the front. I was concerned that the product description did not mention the ducts as part of the trim kit so I was relieved when it arrived. The only thing that was missing was the screws for installation (not a big issue).
I will order from pplmotorhomes.com again.

Very thankful to PPL. They have everything you need. You just can't beat their prices either, To go to the local RV dealers and have to buy the parts you need if they have them if not (They order from PPL and mark up the price) when i can order straight from PPL and get it cheaper. Fantastic place for anything you need for your RV.

I ordered a Suburban 10 gallon water heater and access cover; when the order arrived the access cover was missing. I contacted the company who immediately took steps to make it right, and I had the cover 2 days after that. This is how you keep customers... make it right when there is an issue.

I'm very pleased with the furnace. Ordered Monday morning, on my doorstep 2000 miles away by Friday...nice. My only complaint was the shoddy packing job. One wrap around if bubble wrap in a box that was 4" too big for it. It got here with no major dents and it works great.
