We were looking for the best price on a Sleep Number Bed...PPL Motorhomes was right in the running, with a small shipping charge.
We never had a chance / need to contact PPL, as the item arrived in very short time, quicker than you could expect the same item from Sleep Number.

I paid for a converter on the 22nd confirmation of payment and receipt sent to me 5 minutes later. I had to call on the 27th to get a tracking number at 2:00 pm well the tracking info was sent to me and FedEx at 2:--pm on the 27th then takes another two days to ship so on the 29th it finally shipped I received it on the 4th. So while I waited a week I bought another converter cause apparently the one I ordered and said would be here in three days didn't make it so spent double the money to buy another one because I had to have it and been over week and wasn't in yet. Prices are great service sucks will not do business with them again.
I spoke with Julie Matthews via phone when ordering. She was great to work with on the phone and the product was delivered in Naples, Fl one week after ordering.
Recently our battery converter went bad and this is why we came to PPL. I tried several times to order on line and I was unable but when I called customer service, the young man I spoke with was very helpful in placing my order and since I was experiencing difficulty with the online order he gave me the online price. The converter showed up in a few days, my husband was able to install it without any problem. Thank you for all the assistance and the fast delivery.
