Received personal assistance about a Norcold fridge from Aaron before doing an online order. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I felt really good about our purchase. After placing my order, I did not receive an order confirmation. After several hours, I telephoned PPL and Aaron immediately found my order and sent me a confirmation and let me know I would receive another email with a tracking number when my items shipped. After four days, I still hadn't received a tracking number so I called again. I was placed on hold for about 15 minutes while Dan researched the progress of my order. He was unable to reach the processing dept to get information but promised he would get info by the next morning and would call, which he did. He left a voicemail with my fedex freight tracking number. My order shipped that afternoon and I received it exactly one week from my order date. Both Aaron and Dan were polite and courteous. I took off one star for the delays in email communication (for both the confirmation and the tracking) that I am accustomed (spoiled) to having in online ordering. I would definitely recommend and/or do business with PPL again :)
Thoroughly disgusted with the 20% restocking fee. Bought a few times from in the past, always very satisfied... don't think I'll purchase from again. How can you justify an over $100 restocking fee on a item that wasn't even opened

Way overpriced for a thin sheet of plastic
After placing the order I received an Order Confirmation email. I was expecting a Shipping notification with an estimate on delivery date. I never received any info after placing the order and had no idea as to when or how the item would arrive. Trying to plan a last minute camping trip and needed to know if I would have the vent cover in time or not.
You guys get an A+. I ordered the product Thursday evening online and received it in California Tuesday the following week. Great job guys! Thank you for your service!
