You're lack of response to my emails and failure to return my phone calls for information regarding your motorhomes shows me that you dont care about customers.
The gentleman i spoke with was knowledgeable and polite. My water heater arrived on the promised delivery date, and was in excellent condition. So, I was a very satisfied customer.
I ordered a propane part via eBay, but apparently it was supplied by PPmotorhomes. Received the part quickly, appears to be the correct part, so I am completely satisfied.
We were offered the opportunity to trade in our RV on another. We were told PPL couldn't give us more than a $5,000 allowance on it, and were unwilling to come down on the price of the RV we were interested in. We sold our camper the following week on Craigslist for $11,000. It sold in less than 24 hours. Obviously what we felt it was worth and what PPL thought it was worth was quite different. Because we couldn't come to terms on our trade, we didn't buy another from PPL. We bought a really nice one we found on Craigslist, for a much better price and it had more on it. Also, the first customer service person we met with was incredibly rude to us. Our very first experience with PPL was a great one, but the last couple of times we visited, our experience was much less satisfying. Need covered area for RVs so people aren't exposed to the elements when shopping. Older people cannot tolerate that heat.
I ordered my part on Monday and it arrived on Wednesday without paying extra shipping charges. That was faster than expected. My water heater panel door arrived in great shape and worked great!

The Girard instant hot water heater was not double boxed and had notable damage to it cardboard box. For the price I paid I think your shipping dept should have placed it in a larger vox with foam or air blanket. Hopefully it did not get damage it components. Have not installed yet. Will let you know if there is an issue.
The delivery time was very fast. Four days from the time I order the tow dolly. I assembled the tow dolly with no problem. I am very pleased with my order.
