This RV fresh water pump arrived with some water inside. It appears it had been installed at least once prior to my purchase.

Additionally, the pressure diaphragm had been misadjusted to it's lowest setting thus allowing the pump to run continuously. Fortunately, I was able to adjust it properly with instructions I found online. The pump is working properly.

We ordered an antenna and receiver for our RV and the day we were leaving on our trip, the order was delivered. We put it in our RV unopened. When we got to our destination, we set it up, called for activation and watched TV during the trip. It was great and worked without any problems. Great merchandise at a great price.

Was not happy with the Rand McNally RV GPS. Was not at all user friendly nor was it accurate. It had my current location (inside my house) 2 houses away. I'm returning it.

I received the antenna a day EARLIER than FEDEX predicted (+++). I will be unable to get the antenna installed on my coach until approx. 1 Dec, so unable to provide operational results yet.

Everything with PPL has been excellent and I will definitely consult them for my RV product needs again in the future. I am a Full Timer with SKP TX address

The hotwater heater door was bent, I was able to fix it so it could be used. But it still has a kink in it. The box it came in was in good shape.

My previous order got here the next day. Excellent service. Web site is user friendly.

My second order with you all, have been good experience.
