8 weeks to deliver! Customer service is impossible to reach and can't help. They apparently dont know how to mail and track a package. Their web site lists perfect reviews of 5stars - but there is no place to leave a review. From my impression, they are bogus reviews and the company is unwilling to list all of their reviews.
Never got my product, they deducted $39.70 from my PayPal Account. I cancelled the order as soon as I hit submit. They never cancelled it, never shipped it and took my money. I have tried calling only to get a message that stated to have to put in a ticket on line. Well I have put in 2 and another one today. Terrible company to deal with. What company will not help you with your order problem over the phone? I am totally frustrated with this company and my next step is going to report them to the Attorney Generals Office. By reading all the recent reviews of Power Tool Express, I can now see that they are not a very reputable company.

Tried to get replacement batteries for Makita drill. Batteries sent were cheap knock off that totally under performed. Customer service was terrible. Will never buy from them again.
Ordered a ryobi portable drill battery price with shipping 39.98 Received a cheap Chinese imitation battery that was some how sent from Amazon as a free gift. This scam somehow works thru Amazon. Amazon may not be aware of this company's practices. I was not able to speak to anyone in customer service. 39.98 means very little to me. I only hope my message can help others who are about to be scammed!
Battery did not work and no one would pick up my calls or reply to emails. I wasted my money buying from here.
They never shipped out the battery I ordered. When I called, some kid picked up and told me to email. I tried email and I did not get a reply so tried calling again and some kid picked up again. He said they will ship out my order soon. 2 months later the battery came in but they are NOT even makita batteries. They are a knock off.
TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER GOT MY BATTERY. NOW WON'T RESPOND TO ANY OF MY EMAILS. GUESS I'M CALLING MY BANK
Do not buy from this site. I used paypal to purchase from them. I had to contact paypal to get my money back. I guess paypal knew how this company operates because they were quick to give me my money back. I will not be buying from this site every again
