They have a fake phone number and fake email address on their website. They sent me a battery that doesn't work and can't get a hold of them. Their return address on the envelope is fake as well. Anna, ******* Meridian Pkwy, Riverside, CA. Gave no last name and I guarantee this is not their address. Will be contacting law enforcement on this website.

This company is a scam. All reviews are 5 Star, but they are fake. Ordered a battery in March and it was never shipped. I cancelled my order with them, but they refused to credit me. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and was told by my CC company to settle it with PTE. They do not return emails, they do not return messages left on their website, they do not answer their phone. No way to try to settle the dispute with them. My CC company finally credited my account for the cost of the transaction, but PTE got to keep their money.

I placed my order and realized that i no longer needed the part that i ordered. I immediately reached out to the company. I have sent not 1, but 5 emails, called 15+ times, and have never gotten any response. This company only cares about your money, not you! If you need anything I would strongly recommend purchasing from anywhere else

I ordered a rechargeable battery from their website, no big deal. Upon check out it asked if I wanted to pay more for 2-3 day delivery, raising the cost of my order to $21. $21 isn't a big deal, and I thought getting my order in 2-3 days would be great. 11 days later still no package, the number on their web page just rings and rings with no answer, and they do not answer their emails. It's a stupid little battery that I could have order from numerous different sites and had in a day or two, instead I'm still waiting almost two weeks for this item to arrive. Don't waste your time and money on this crappy company!

I have attempted to contact this company 3 different times regarding their fraudelant business practices. They have pictures of what look to be near OEM style batteries, as well as, the OEM part numbers listed as usable with. THIS IS A LIE. I ordered 14.4v Bosch replacement batteries and they looked NOTHING like the picture on their listing. The battery wasnt even the same specs as what was listed. Its been a month and not a single person has responded to try and address the issue. I had to get my credit card company involved at this point. WHAT A JOKE. As a small business, we try to do as much as possible with other small businesses BUT COME ON!

I ordered a Dremel battery in May. It arrived several weeks later and it was not a Dremel brand, but a brand X.
It did not fit my hand sander and I have been trying for about six weeks to get it returned and get a refund. I have yet to hear back with any instructions on how to do this. I am not about to pay for a falsely advertised item to be returned. All I get are computer generated emails which say nothing. I have turned the issue over to my bank. Be careful what you buy from this company. There is NO customer service!

Missing half of my order, given incorrect tracking number, ABSOLUTELY NO PERSONAL CONTACT, feel I was ripped off and robbed of $$, just send the battery or return my money, order PTE-*******W3 for 1 Ryobi BPL1220.

I received a B&D VersaPak battery charger on 5/18/20 and immediately plugged it in to charge batteries. As of today, 5/27/20, it has not worked even though I've switch to newer batteries. The units LED lights go on but nothing happens. Submitted a ticket request form as required but kept getting an email to request again. After receiving four of these emails, I called the 888 phone number but was told I need to resubmit still another ticket request form. Could not get any real response from the company. I feel I have been scammed by this site.

The only thing about my order that has happened is they took my money,. Order was placed on 4-30-20, as an instock item. 20 days later nothing, no updates, no returned e-mails, no answers. How can this company receive anything but a 1 star rating, it would be zero if it was a option. Very dissatisfied with this company.

Ordered 2 Makita batteries on March 13 and received confirmation the following day, batteries delivered 2 weeks
Later. One battery was defective and would not recharge. I contacted Power tools and they sent me notices on 2 different occasion and notifying them that I received a defective battery. That has been 2 1/2 week ago and still no notification of been resolve.

I ordered 2 One Plus 18 volt batteries in the middle of December. Received my shipment quickly, however they were 14 volt. After a few emails and a week later, the sent me a label to return them. After the new year I followed up on my correct order. It just went down hill from there. I actually got someone to respond that said the correct order was lost and they will ship again AND if is receive both orders to just keep them. I followed up 10 days later letting them I haven't received anything... not the first one, not the second one. I asked for the tracking info and 2 days later I received the batteries. They are 18 volt but not the One plus. Now I receive about 5 tracking emails from them every day. Horrible experience... NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered a replacement battery for my Black & Decker weedeater 18V Lithium Battery. It took around a month to receive the package. What I received instead was a Vanon 20V lithium battery that doesn't come close to even fitting the weedeater. Complaints are to be handled on line through 2nd party. They stipulate that you use a short form provided. They claim that a response arrives usually within one business day. They also claim sending additional requests will slow down response time. It has been over 2 weeks since I returned the requested form and still no reply.

Tried for 5 days to contact someone at company. So far they have not responded to any requests. Tried to cancel order 10 minutes after it was placed. Notified me order was ready for shipment but had not yet shipped. Sent another email to cancel. All contact must be handled through email. They ignored request and shipped anyway. Would not recommend this company, Website hard to navigate. Seems most negative reviews were in 2018.
