I have been trying to sign up with Postal Scan since July, paid and completed all steps and still get calls and emails about my services not being available.
I have used PostScan Mail for several years and have had superb service with no glitches whatsoever, even when I need to have something sent long distance to other countries.
The website would be better if the interface was easier to navigate and if the website had hyperlinks over certain parts of the application.
