I have been using PostScanMail in NYC for the past 6 months and have had a great experience. The people in the office are always very welcoming and helpful. The customer service has been excellent.
Overall, the app and web browser version of PostScan are easy to navigate. Everything is simple. BUT when I do select something to be forwarded, it takes 2 weeks or more to arrive, and there is no tracking number to track estimated date of arrival. It is 12/20 and I am still waiting for something I asked to be forwarded on 12/9.I wish this would have been made clear before signing up for the service. Additionally, documents which I select to be scanned are not showing up in the Archived Scans or anywhere else.
I have worked with them for over a year and have nothing but great things to say. I was very skeptical at first, but we have had a couple of times when we needed customer service, and things were settled in hours.
I havent even gotten into my account and Im bombarded with having to fill out surveys and reviews! And Ove-Verifications!
