The receptionist did not check the box while I had an acknowledgement of delivery, even though I showed proof of the delivery. She refused to check, which was very frustrating.

Our company recently became a fully remote environment and no one tells you that the company mail has to go somewhere when this happens. PostScan has made my life as an office manager so much easier. I am able to download, forward and shred mail with just a click of a button.

I like the mail system but the selection of mail and moving to a different folder could be better. Also, I don't like the storage fees for old mail. I guess it motivates you to remove old junk mail, but there ought to be a low cost method of archiving old mail that's important.
