I have not experienced such a lack of communication between a business and its customers. Absolutely dreadful.

I used the facility in Brooklyn, New York.
Waiting time for uploads is sometimes more than a week!
Takes another week to have parcels forwarded.
Parcels are doubly forwarded and charged!
No, or very late and unsatisfactory, answer when contacting support about these issues.

I would HIGHLY recommended using PostScan Mail for all of your business needs. The set up was self-explanatory, and I absolutely love the ease in getting mail notifications. When mail arrives to my virtual mailbox, I am immediately notified via email that something came in. I am then prompted to log into my account and I get to choose whether the mail should be shredded/recycled, scanned, or forwarded to my local address. It's that easy - and everything is done remotely.

I completed the online notarization of the postal form and it was never uploaded to my account. I called over a week after completing the notarization and was told you guys would contact Notarize to have the form sent to you and it and it didn't happen- i called a week later again to check on it, which is when i found out it didn't happen, and i was told "dont worry, we'll do it right now, should only take 5 minutes!" i went into the postal annex 4 hour later and it hadn't been done and multiple packages had been sent back to sender as a result (they did NOT hold the packages). I ended up having to send my form and my 2 forms of identification to the postal annex myself to have my box activated.
