These people scammed me out of my money and two accounts. They're holding on to my information and my pictures and no one is emailing me back for days. THEIR IGNORING MY MANY EMAILS! DONT DO IT PEOPLE!

I was diagnosed with HSV 3 years ago. It is extremely difficult to find a date if others know my situation. But now, this herpes dating app makes things happen.

I have paid for a premium membership but cannot use the service. Most of the day, when I try and log on it won't connect. There's a window in the mid morning and late evening when I can get on. The rest of the time I reckon their server is overloaded. I have tried from multiple devices, and on wifi and data and it doesn't make any difference. I contacted PS customers services explaining the issue in full and attaching screenshots. They replied ' we can see you have logged on'. That was it! There's someone I want to give my phone number to on the site, but after that I will be cancelling my account. Shabby

After creating an account, and paying for a premium subscription, I logged out, and logged in about an hour later, the site then complained of 'suspicious activity' and I am blocked from the site. I have no idea what that would be about. Why it thinks I could be suspicious, No 'spammer' is obviously going to pay $33 for a membership, they are going to use the free account. All I did after creating my profile and buying a subscription was browse for 10 minutes. So there is nothing suspicious about what I was doing.

I would seriously reconsider sending them your money, as they may keep it and deny access, and there won't be anything you can do about it.

DON'T COUNT ON GOOGLE PLAY to help either. They will not refund my money even after requesting the refund within an hour of signing up and being blocked from the site. If I had paid with a credit card, the credit card company would immediately refund the money if they didn't provide the service. I paid with google play and a google gift card specifically to remain anonymous.

UPDATE: They are now saying my profile content is 'suspicious', this is complete nonsense, as it's the same profile as is on their own other site MPWH that has had no issue. They are demanding my drivers license to allow me to use the site. Why would anyone want to give their Drivers license to a site that is for STD's. If the site gets hacked, your drivers license and information will be stolen, and you could be outed to the public. Also a good reason not to put photo's on such a site, just email them to a potential match.

Them accusing me of suspicious activity is obviously not true.

I replied to the site that I am an ideal user, always respectful to everyone, you can see this by viewing my activity on your other MPWH site. I told them they need to give my money back or allow access to the site, and that I never agreed to give anyone my drivers license.

Update: Well, I was surprised, but they have fixed it, I now have access. I've updated the rating above. Hopefully these issues do not return.

This site is better than some similar sites in the market. We have chances to know positive singles on this app everyday and we nearly find a partner for something special.

The amount of restrictions on that site is honestly ridiculous. Not only can you not message people, but your profile changes are heavily moderated and censored; and even your username!
I wholeheartedly recommend Tingler to anyone considering using PS, because it's clearly designed in a way to not exploit a vulnerable community just looking to find love. None of those restrictions apply.

About a month ago I decided to take a break from Positive Singles. When I came back, made a new profile and attempted to pay the membership my payment wasn't accepted which led to me trying to contact the people that run this site. They never answered my inquiry but my profile was promptly suspended. When I asked them why my page was suspended I was told their system has detected unusual activity on my account (which is nonsense because I'd barely been back a half a day) and that I needed to "verify" which involved me sending them a picture of my ID. Against my better judgment, I did. This happened Dec 6. I have yet to hear from them. I have had issues with this site and it's parent company, successful match, many times in the past but have always let it go due to the nature and slight necessity of the site. But this behavior, during a pandemic when human connection on a emotional level is saving lives, is unacceptable and only shows the character or lack thereof of the people behind this site. A part of me believes discrimination is involved considering the way they handle or promote profiles belonging to white people is much better than how they treat the profiles of people of color. (Way better). Needless to say, I'm highly pissed and disappointed in them. Save your time, effort and money and give Positive Singles and MPWH a wide berth which is what I'll be telling to everyone I know that would have a need of such a site.

Update: Recently learned from an aquaintance that used the site that her pictures were stolen by the site and used for a fake profile. I wasn't surprised when she told me this considering there are plenty of people on the site that include a warning and threat of legal action on their page towards PS but it's still all very disturbing. Person shouldn't have to deal with such things when trying to establish a genuine human connection.

This site is disgusting, and you have to hope the owners/operators end up in hell. They defraud people with an STD who are simply looking for to find love and happiness. What is more low than that?
