I ordered perfume that listed as 3.4 oz size and delivered 1.7 oz size. I travel for work and it was delivered on a Wednesday, I returned on Saturday and found the switch. I contacted Poshmark and there is no refund because apparently you only have 3 days to complain, they must be used to this tactic. They won't refund my money. Not sure who created this company but you should be embarrassed to support theft. Never doing business with them again nor should anyone else... disgusting.
I mistakenly ordered a pair of Ugg sandals and realized my mistake four (4) hours later. I didn't realize what type of website it is when placing the order. I messaged the seller four (4) hours later, and she never responded. I messaged again the following day and no response. Four to five days later, she is shipping the sandals I don't need. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!
Anyone can post anything about your items your selling even if it hurts your feelings just because they think your poor an better then you! Seriously I'm not a crybaby but this one person's comments made me cry and then so angry I could not stop thinking about bring ugly omg That isn't me
I ordered a shirt over 30 days ago and the status of my order still says that the item is in transit. I have tried to reach out to resolve this or get my money back with no luck at all. I only gave Poshmark a one star because I couldn't give them a zero star. Would not reccomend at all.:-(
I guess you could say I was Poshed like so many others. I bought a complete DVD series 1-12 that had 6 bad disks and 13 episodes that won't play. All disks generated an error "DVDFAB" known to produce corrupt VOB files and substandard DVDs. The seller seemed to be willing to work with me to return/replacement but poshmark support wouldn't do anything but "Delay, Deny and hope I just go away. I'm done with them. $100 lesson. Back to Ebay for me.
Unfortunately, it does not make up for the fact their customer service is trash- 90 % of the time I leave a conversation with them more frustrated than when I went in they never offer anything helpful they only cut and paste terribly written form emails that are condescending and assume the seller is guilty without even looking at the case this women, for example, found out she could not return because an item because they weren't soft enough so she marked them up with ink, I provided Posh with before photos and they still voted in her favor and then I find out several other sellers have had the same problem with her. The oversite is terrible in addition to ignoring scammers they ignore creepy guys who ask women to model clothes and allow people to sell used underwear. I doubt they really have much staff because most interaction seems like they are with bot even though they clam the are different people all the emails are worded the same
They do not allow returns! I bought an item my size and it fit way smaller than my usual size because it was probably counterfeit. They do not allow returns or exchanges! The staff was ruse and brushed me off in emails. Better to shop at Mercari, Depop or even Ebay who guarantees returns and have better customer support!
I recently made a purchase of a YSL bag which states in Flawless condition, as well as the buyer claimed the item to be in excellent condition and had only wore in 2-3x maximum, welp upon receiving it WASN'T in flawless/excellent condition AT ALL it had faded hardware, lost of shape, dirty interior etc. A case was open by me and Poshmark deny the claim giving the seller my funds even thought she deceived me.
Rip-off; purchased a pair of sunglasses that were listed as new but, were certainly used. Also, seller indicated that they were for women but, more like children sunglasses. I opened a case and Poshmark did not refund my money. They only gave me a lousy $5.00 dollat credit towards future purchase. I will never purchase anything there again. Fake sellers selling bootleg Ray-Bans and counterfeit items.
One of the worst site to sell. Was tagged with counterfeit items and they we're not. I hope their stocks take a big hit.
I bought a shirt which described as 100% SILK but it is not even the label indicated it was 100% SILK. When I complain, they do not allow return and refund
I have several pairs of dansko shoes. The shoes I have are all size 39 however the pair of dansko shoes I ordered are huge and not wearable. They just laugh at you. I will never purchase anything from poshmark again. It's really awful that they have tiny print that says all sales final. I'm now out $85 for nothing I can use. I had no idea when I ordered these shoes that I could not return them. This is really bad service. Stick with Amazon or ANY OTHER SHOE STORE. They all let you return if they don't fit. This is the oNLY place I know of that leaves you stuck with something you can't use! They make it impossible to contact them. I have been trying at least 10 times to contact them. They say I will get a call but nobody calls you back.
I purchased a pair of shoes at my size. However, when I received them and tried them on, they were huge and I could not walk in them. It was the size I ordered, just did not fit as usual. I wanted to return them and Posh said this issue does not qualify? Wth. I have returned poor fitting items to amazon, zappos, etc. Now I am stuck with shoes I cannot wear. Will never use this company again.
Without ever selling 1 single item, Poshmark has decided to block my account. I have tried unsuccessfully over the past 4 months to get a response from their customer support team. Nothing. Crickets. I literally did NOTHING and they suddenly decided to block me! Zero SALES! I posted a couple of costume jewelry pieces. That's it. If there were a 0 rating, that would be this!
"Poshed" is the term I invented to describe the typical Poshmark experience. You buy something and it's either not as described or it's the wrong item entirely. Then, when you reach out to the seller and to Poshmark to resolve the issue, the seller doesn't respond (because why would they) and Poshmark tells you there's nothing they can do.
I hate this site! I will never use it again.
After getting an email confirming my first order ever from Poshmark with a link that wouldn't open, I got leery of site and cancelled order within an hour and requested deletion of my info. They had already charged my credit card. I have attempted for 36 hours to cancel. The "contact us" link has multiple required drop down boxes to determine the issue and it just sends you to a FAQ page. Phone number message says no phone customer service. They send form letters that make no reference to the specific concerns. I suspect scam. I assumed it was valid... tv ads and other marketing. But just looks like scam to me. Although I've requested deletion of my info 3x and unsubscribed to emails I'm getting promo emails 5-5 x a day. This is some kind of basement operation money grab with no service.
I am a researcher going to the Arctic Circle. I bought a parka from Poshmark which was marked as "no signs of wear." When I opened the box, a strong pungent smell immediately hit me. The down coat had clearly been stored wet and feathers had rotted. I filed a complaint immediately. The seller said it had been cleaned (but provided no receipt) and stored properly (ditto.) Poshmark denited my refund because "smell is nebulous" and I couldn't photograph it. It was $300 - a LOT of money for me. The onus should be on the seller, and the buyer should be able to return things if reported immediately. Don't order from here.

I ordered two beach chairs from Happyeshop133. They sent me one chair and two pairs of ankle socks. When I didn't accept the order and contacted customer service the response was I received a chair so they closed the case. I will not ever order from this site and I will caution everyone I know that they should stay far away from this site. If you request a refund or file a claim Poshmark will not allow you to rate the seller. That is why all these sellers have good ratings. The customer is not allowed to see any negative reviews or comments. If I could give 0 stars I would. Buyer beware.
I purchased a pair of sandals for $82 when I got them one of the sandals were damaged when I contacted the seller they said that they would not accept a return because the shoe doesn't have to fit. Poshmark backthem up do not shop that site stick to Etsy or eBay
Answer: You've got to be smart about shopping online these days. There are scammers wherever you go. That said, if you follow the guidelines and steer clear from trading, which most sites don't condone, then you'll be fine. I've purchased over 100+ items on poshmark and have sold over 90+ with complete success, with the exception of the one time I decided to trade... I've purchased low prices items before and received junk a couple times, but Poshmark ALWAYS refunded me! Maybe I'm super savvy, so here's what I always do: 1. Always checkout the seller's reviews. 2. Always ask if there are any flaws with used items. 3. Always ask if sizing is TTS: "true to size" 4. And most importantly, always ask if it's authentic (unless otherwise specified in the description) These 4 questions have always led me to receiving exactly what I wanted and at half the retail price! Plus, it's so much fun! I've made a considerable amount of income from it, while also adding a nice set of items to my own closet! Good luck out there!
Answer: I have received every item I have ever bought on poshmark. It arrived on time and was in the exact condtion as was promised and how it appeared in the pics.
Answer: Well yes she received the boots and probably didnt like them or they didnt fit etc. she is trying to get her money back by trying to re sell them for 70.00 however she would only get 56.00
Answer: It took a long time, but today Poshmark said they refunded the entire purchase amount plus shipping because the booties I ordered were misrepresented. It took About a month and a half. Two times they offered me small credits toward another Poshmark purchase. I filed a very well documented (12 pages of emails, screen shots of the ad and screen shots of dialogue between me and the seller, Kimology) fraud claim with my credit card company, and I emailed Poshmark's customer service to advise them. Two days later they told me they were refunding my money. We'll see if that happens. Poshmark's customer service is terrible, but persistence paid off. Best of luck to you!

Answer: I have the total opposite reaction to this question. This mystery group that decides what the outcome will be is ridiculous. You can't talk to anyone, and my last attempt to get support through emails, took one month! Not a fan of learning who the good sellers are by trial and error...
Answer: She probably stalked the other seller's listing and found you commented on the item you purchased. So technically, yes they can see what you buy as long as you commented something on the purchased listing.
Answer: Be careful on posh because they do not have your back. There is a lot of scandalous people on posh. Be careful on ebay as well. I bought a Michael Kors set on ebay that was listed as excellent condition but it was stained and reeked of cigarette smoke. Ebay did not refund my money. They said since it wasn't listed as brand new with tags I was screwed. I was out $315. Who wants a handbag and wallet that smells like shit? I think twice before buying on Ebay since that experience. Shame on the dishonest seller and Ebay for allowing that behavior. Good Luck!

Answer: You unfortunately cannot return an item if it doesn't fit. It's best to ask the seller the measurements of the item, if they tell you the wrong measurements you can return it. If they will not give you the measurements then don't buy from them. I'm new to selling on Poshmark and I will allow people to return their items if they don't fit because I believe that's what's right, you will find other good sellers!
