RUN! I'd give zero stars if I could. This company sent me an open boxed, defective unit and then replaced it with a unit that had burnt flower and oil in it. Neither had the warranty sticker required by Dr. Dabber for warranty support.

The company blamed their distributor and has done nothing but give me the run around. I recently filed a credit card dispute because this isn't acceptable. And these fine people had the nerve to tell my bank that I am the scammer.

Newsflash - I've never had to file a dispute before in my life. Blaming your customers is a total cop out and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

I feel PortableHookahs' product selection is quite good, prices also great, shipping time from placing the order was excellent, and the tracking info they provided allowed me to follow the package all the way from NY to my house. I have no complaints and would do business with them again. Very happy with my purchase, too.

These guys were great, I asked a bunch of annoying questions and literally learned everything I needed to know about vaporizers in one phone call. Thankfully I was informed on the difference between convection and conduction vaporization before I made a mistake.

Got a pretty good product at a lower price than my local vape shop. Have been using this device for a few days now and no complaints.

I purchased the new Firefly 2 while every other company was out of stock. They sent me tracking the same day I called in and gave me a discount. I've been using it for a week and so far I'm loving it. The battery is definitely better than the previous firefly. I was about to make an order for a different cheaper device but a rep explained everything to me and thankfully he did because that is prolly the only reason I'm satisfied with the device. I recommend checking through youtube on the vapes before purchase, that can save a world of trouble. Thanks to Phil, I got exactly what I needed.

I bought a portable vaporizer for the first time and portable hookahs called me after making my order to make sure I chose the right device for my needs. Buying online all the time, all I get is a tracking number just like most of you I'm sure. I was a little confused and thankfully I received this call so that I can swap to a different product at the same price. I didn't understand the difference between heating coils up until a rep from the website explained it. Thanks for portable hookahs, I got exactly what I needed.

This company was extremely helpful with helping me choose and shipping the vape the same day of purchase. I received it a couple days later and enjoying it so far. I use to think going to the store is the easier choice but those guys just want you to spend more. I got an honest opinion here and received the product without having to leave my home.

I currently have five vaporizers and was looking to get a sixth. For some reason I always bought portable ones because I thought the desktop vapes were more expensive. Since I blaze at home I figured lets see whats out there. I found something called an "Easy Vape" on Portable Hookahs for only $99 and with a free grinder on top of that. I honestly couldn't believe since it seemed too good to be true compared to the $300 desktop vapes out there. I've been using this a few days now and it is absolutely perfect. Nothing fancy but its sturdy and produces tasty vapor. I recommend this company to all.

I ordered a vape from this company and it arrived within 7 business days to the UK. When I emailed customer support, they told me 10-15 business days. I just love it when a company under promises and over delivers, cannot ask for more :)

Recently, I ordered the Kanger subox because a few of my friends told me to stop using mech mods to vaporize my eLiquid. I contacted portable hookahs by email and they gave me an entire selection based on my needs. I just received it and now using it throughout the day without punishing my lungs with the hot vapor mech mods produce. I can't believe how much time the rep invested into making sure I was happy with my order. Thanks to this company!

I recently ordered the Kind Pen Status off this website, the kind pen performs poorly, the mouth piece keeps falling off there is only about one hit each time you pack the chamber. I called to try and maybe get a refund or an exchange for the overly priced piece of $#*! product and the guy I talked too kept insinuating that it was something that I was doing wrong and that they could not process me a refund. SO IF YOU ARE UNSATISFIED WITH ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP YOU AT ALL. I DO NOT LIKE THE STATUS PEN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TOO ANYONE. NOT TOO MENTION THAT THE KIND PEN I WAS SENT LOOKS LIKE A KNOCK OFF. I AM OUT $120 FOR A PIECE OF $#*! PRODUCT!

I ordered a vape pen to be delivered before Christmas last friday in the morning. They shipped it out the same day and I somehow received it this morning. This is incredibly quick not to mention it was part of their free shipping promotion. I have time to pack the present for Christmas and not stress about any shopping. Thanks guys!

I emailed portable hookahs hoping to learn more about vaporizers. A gentleman by the name of Phil explained the difference between a conduction and convection vaporizer. I almost made a mistake because I wanted a vaporizer pen and it seems that the Atmos Boss is the only convection vaporizer pen on the market. I am grateful that he explained everything and took the order over the phone. I would recommend this company to everyone, especially newbies.

First, I received a personal phone call to let me know that the part I had ordered was not going to fit my battery for my vapor pen. The guy was super friendly and informative and gave me multiple selections to choose from instead.

Next, We ran into some problems again once I got my replacement pieces delivered. We exchanged emails for a bit and they were super helpful with the troubleshooting process. It ended up that my battery wasn't powerful enough for the top that I had ordered. The people at PortableHookahs sent me a replacement battery for free! I personally have never had customer service like this.

I would recommend using PortableHookahs over any website not only for their large selection of products but also because they treat you like a friend and genuinely want you to be happy with your purchase. They are also more than willing to hop on the phone or email with you promptly.

They have certainly gained my business for life.

Love this company, I ordered a vape for half off from the store down the block and I am all the way in Canada. Couldn't believe that for a small $10 shipping fee I had it at my doorstep 7 days later. Cant ask for a better experience :)
