Contacted Porch, and promptly received two good callbacks from their listed plumbers. Both came out, discussed, and looked over my project needs, and I was quite satisfied to give one of them the job.

Was recommended to Porch by homeadvisor to install TV on wall mount. Somewhere between removing the tv from unopened box and hanging on the wall, the TV screen ended ended up busted. To add fuel to the fire they didn't have proper tools for leveling and to find studs in wall. Also there were a numerous amount of holes where they drilled into drywall to get placement. When calling Porch to rectify situation all that was offered was a discount to come back at an hourly rate. The installers they sent were not qualified to do the job. I truly feel I have been scammed but you REAP what you SOW!

Hired "handyman" with 44 years experience. Big mistake! Terminated him before project completed because he left us with a huge mess, did not cover anything up while tape, bedding and painting. Had to use our personal dumpster to haul off debris, just not up to standards. Way too expensive for what little result we received. Would not recommend, refer and definitely no hire. Extremely poor rating.

The dyer repair did an excellent job repairing our defective dyer. He representing Appliance Master LLC was fast, neat and affordable.

My husband and I were looking to hire someone to help us install floor and door trim in our new condo we had been remodeling.

I started my process with Porch by inputting my zip code and project needed. I was promptly called and assigned a service date two weeks out. I gave my address as this time. My husband and I delayed moving into our new condo because we thought it would be easier for the installer to work without our furniture. We also stayed up nights after work (during the holidays) to get the trim painted and prepped for the installer.

At 4PM the night before our install (at 10AM the next morning), I receive a voicemail and text from Porch saying my service is being cancelled due to "no providers in the area" which shocked me as I had given them my address and zip code earlier in the process.

Ridiculous.

We needed a bathroom floor replaced. Floor Decor and more not only repaired our floor but we discovered that we had a toilet leak and needed also to repair the wall behind the toilet. They repaired the wall, repainted the bathroom, repaired the floor, laid new vinyl down and put in a new toilet all in one day. They were very professional and kept us updated about what was going on. We are very happy with the service we received.
