O.K. So far. Ill let you know after I receive the product. Received the product by UPS Freight, appears to be in good condition. Did not open box to inspect at this time. Not quite ready to setup and don't want to remove from box until setup.
Ordering process was fast and easy, time will tell on delivery and product quality. Delivery was fast and professional, the product was packed well and undamaged. Only used the sauna twice and it seems to work well. Again, only time will tell.
I love your products and prices. I was shocked at how fast it came! I wasn't prepared lol. I haven't taken it out of the box because we are moving, but it is HEAVY! My husband was surprised and excited. I can't wait to put it in our new home.

I received a phone call from a representative at Pool Warehouse that my order had been cancelled and that I would NOT be receiving the product. With that cancellation I placed an order with a different company. I am working with the other company to cancel the order, but I may end up having to deal with it. My husband accepted the order, however, I am very unhappy with the communication made by this company that my order was origincally cancelled.

The shopping was easy, the delivery went well. The sauna was easy to assemble and great to use!
Very easy, wish you had coupons or discounts. Product arrived with some damage on it. Some scratches and peeling of the wood. But over all it is a very nice product.
The ordering shipping and overall quality of pool table was good. I did have a large tear in the felt top and will now have to pay to have it repaired. I am not happy about that at all
