My order was incomplete upon arrival. I have called and sent several emails and now being ignored. Next step is to contact credit card and dispute the charge.
So happy I finally found faceplate for my steps.I was going to give up if I did not find it here
I have not installed the parts I ordered yet--but they appear to be exactly what I needed. The initial order process was a little rough because the system seemed to place a double order--I called and spoke to a very nice lady who said she would look into the problem--but I did not receive a call back as she committed. But, she obviously fixed the issue because I only received one set of parts and was billed correctly.
I've ordered parts previously and on both occasions, I've been satisfied by the availability of and fast response for pool parts. Thank You
Order a liner from pool warehouse on a Tuesday, the following Tuesday i recoeved a text from a local delivery facility wanting to schedule delivery. Pool warehouse was fast and prompt and also helped with all my questions pertaining to measuring and quality of their liners

Just went ahead and ordered.
Item was delivered to OKC pretty fast but took just as long to get to Blanchard as it took to OKC.
Product was exceptional though.

You had exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price. It was easy to order and now I will be able to check off on another thing to do list.
Quick and east
Website is very thorough with lots of information available to help guide the decision process, the service and technical support is great. My only thought is; I would suggest getting more information on the tail gate service for delivery, I paid for it so in the in the case i wasn't home my wife would be able to receive the order without issue and i could move it with the fork lift when i got home. The packages were to large for the shipper to get off the truck with a pallet jack and if i wasn't home they would have had to reschedule. SO ask before you spend the extra money.
It was easy so far and also the lowest price and free shipping. The package arrived with damage and they are working with us to get this taken care of.
