Easy process except for questions/surveys at end. A bit long and repetitive.

Easy to order but not thrilled with the terms and agreements covering liability if their site is hacked.

Nice price. One of a very few places that seemed to have this available. This is the sane item that is used by the people that provide physical therapy for my wife who just had knee replacement surgery. It is wonderful to be able to provide the cold compression therapy for her at home

Ally was so helpful! Also very personable. She walked us thru the ordering process. We have never installed steps in the pool before and are very nervous about the whole idea of such a large, costly project and she gave us confidence.
