Good service but I am not at all happy with the pool ladder I purchased. Instructions are terrible, poorly written etc... Instructions say fill ladder legs with 40lbs of sand, but the legs have hole in them, sand would empty into the pool. Overall poor quality product

Just unpackaged the table and so far so good. It looks very nice. Very well packaged to prevent damage. I think it will take less time to put together vs unpack it!

It's rare to find a company online that you can actually call and talk with someone who knows what they are talking about. The level of knowledge and service I received was impressive to say the least. It was hard work building our pool but having someone who knows what they're doing help you lay everything out on the front end is worth every penny. I would have honest paid more just to work with Jones, my salesman. Keep it up guys. I'll send pictures of my pool this spring, we've already closed it for the winter.
