I purchased this pool cover and waited for it to ship... and waited. I finally called and asked. Where was my order? I was told that they would put a tracer on the order to see where it was. I ordered on 4-8-19 and received it on 4-25-19. Pool Supply World is in the same state as me and the cover was coming from California. Should not have taken so long. I should have read the recreviews before I ordered. I will never order from them again.

Pool light replacement arrived within a week and I was issued credit on the return in a timely manner.
I was extremely disappointed in the fact that after I ordered this part, it was brought to my attention that we had previously ordered the same part from a different supplier and the price difference was outrageous. I paid almost 90% more for this part from this supplier, than we previously had with another one. The most frustrating part is that because of the awful return policy with this company I couldn't just return the item and purchase it from the other supplier because it would have cost me even more money. I would suggest to everyone to look elsewhere before buying from this company because I can guarantee you are probably going to find it somewhere else a lot cheaper.
