Two months to just ship

Charged immediately, then told over two months just to ship. Apparently this has been going on for a long time. Most companies have made the changes to get back up to speed during this pandemic. Not this company. Maybe the CEO is playing to much golf?

4 months-No Furniture

Polywood Furniture is a reseller. They are not the direct company which is very confusing and misleading. I placed my order on May 30, and keep receiving messages about how behind they are because of Covid. They've moved back delivery 3 times and have not responded to my last inquiry. I've had it with them.

Ordered polywood (different than this company's name polywood-furniture) chairs from them. Chairs were good quality (polywood, not polywood-furniture!) but took 15-20 emails and 46 days to finally get an RMA which happend due to credit card pressure. Cost me $87 to ship one chair back for return. Has not been ~29 days since return signed for and no action! This is not a real company.

We ordered a dining set, quick ship item, and bc a glider in June 10,2020. Three months later and no products! Website says they are "in production ". I can't reach anyone by chat, and no one answers the phone. This company charged my credit card over $2,100 3 months ago and I still don't have my items, or know when they will ship! My next step is the BBB

Will not respond

I placed my order on June 15th and understand that lead times have been extended due to Covid-19 but they kept pushing my ship time out so when I finally decided to cancel my order (before it shipped) I cannot get a response.
I have been emailing for over 2 weeks and no reply. I had to end up going to my credit card company to try and get a refund. I ordered other Polywood furniture from another company at the same time and it arrived a few weeks ago

I ordered back on May 29th 2020. They said it would take 8 weeks due to covid. After 8 weeks no response. I called them and they never responded. Sometimes around August 15 the or so I finally got someone to agree to refund me. However I've yet to see a refund. I can't get a hold of them. When they do have chat available I am number 178 in the queue. NUMBER 178! After several minutes of waiting they disconnect you from the chat to leave a message. There are also not answering phones calls. Stay far away from this company. See pictures of queue.

So far it's been 65 days

I cannot believe that I ordered this furniture mid June and haven't received it yet. I inquired when it would be shipped and told it would be between August 3-17th. If I had know it would take that long I would have never ordered it in the first place but I waited. Since it hasn't arrived yet I've inquired again and can't get anyone to respond. Phone lines are shut down for months and email hasn't been returned.
This is horrible customer service and taking our money before giving us an idea how long it will take is ridiculous.
GO ELSEWHERE!

I ordered my chairs in the beginning of June. They charged my credit card. Almost 3 months later and I still don't have my chairs. They don't answer the phone. I sent an email and they have not responded and it is over 10 days. This is completely unacceptable. Customers deserve at least a response.

I finally received my furniture and it is high quality but the service could improve.

3 months and still waiting

I ordered outdoor furniture 3 months ago and i am still waiting, the excuse i get ever time is covid and ever time i contact them they tell me 2 weeks and i have contacted them several times, have ordered $3000 worth of outdoor furniture and now summer is over anybody else have this issue

We placed a direct order for 4 Polywood Chairs and 2 lounge chairs on May 25th and were told to expect delivery within 30 days. Now, over 80 days later - we have yet to receive our order. (of course our credit card was charged immediately) We have received several notifications of delayed delivery with new shipment promises. Most recently our emails for updates have gone unanswered (don't even bother with trying to call them as they no longer accept customer service calls. Yet there website continues to promote their items - with some claims of two week deliveries!

As the title states I placed an order back in May. As others have said the site is misleading as it made it look like I was buying an in stock product. After not receiving a shipping email 2 weeks later, I emailed them and was told the standard response these days..."COVID". BTW, you have to email them because they don't answer the phone and chat is only for NEW orders. They told me my order would ship in another 2-4 weeks. Since they had good pricing I decided to wait. Come to find out they billed my credit card immediately. I've checked back again and was told the date slid another 2 weeks... awesome considering I've already paid for them. Now, over 2 months in and I contacted them a week ago and they have not responded. I am starting to wonder if these recent 5 star reviews are shills as I can't believe many would tolerate this type of service.

Missing merchandise

In May 2020, I ordered 2 lounge chairs and 2 cushions for which I was charged. I then canceled 1 lounge chair and 1 cushion and eventually received credit for the canceled merchandise. After waiting 2 months, I finally received 1 lounge chair on July 9th, but no cushion was included. I have reached out several times, via email as they currently do not have reps accepting phone inquiries, and, more than 1 month later, have not received a reply. Their invoicing system is inaccurate, so I can't prove that I did not receive my full order. Dealing with this company for the last 3 months has been extremely frustrating!

A joke

I ordered 2 chaise lounge chairs on May 25 of this year. It's now August 12... still waiting. Unable to contact anyone, unable to get an email response... and to think I wanted to be patriotic and not order from China! Talk about customer service... or lack of. Next time. I'm ordering from China or Vietnam

This company has taken our money and we have never received the chaise lounges we ordered They don't answer their phone or emails regarding our order. All we receive back is a computer generated response and using the excuse of COVID 19 that their response times are longer as could take 4-5 days to get an answer, BUT THEY NEVER RESPOND! I have contacted our credit card to reverse the charges, so hopefully we will get our money back. Buyer beware!

Ordered the 3 Piece Jefferson rocking chair set on July 9th with the understandings that it would be 8 to 10 weeks to ship because of Covid. I realize I ordered the wrong set because web-sites a bit confusing with 3 different table options. I reached out to them on 7/21 to see if this could be fixed was given a number saying I would hear from them in 3 to 4 business days... nothing reached out again a week later, same thing, reached out again a week later and nothing. I also have a problem with them charging me for a product that has not been shipped.
If I don't hear from them I will cancel.

Ordered expensive furniture back in May. They took my money and got only one email from them then never heard from them again. It is now almost August and still no furniture or any updates. And they shut off their phones... what? Really? Yet on their website they are still taking orders. Wish I would've known back then about these criminals.

Ordered $900.00 worth or furniture on 05-12-20. Waited 8 weeks to receive only half of my order! Still waiting 10 Weeks later, and I don't have the second set of my Rockers and Table. But the company has had my money since 05-13-20!

Not BBB approved

This review is for polywood-furniture NOT polywood outdoor. I ordered $1000 Worth of furniture. They charged my credit card immediately. I requested a ship date four times over three weeks and got no response by email and they do not answer their phones or take a message. After three weeks they gave me a tentative ship date 4 weeks later. I requested to cancel. After three more weeks they emailed me that they would "contact production and get back to me " I'm 7 weeks in, they have my money and don't answer their phones. The website says BBB approved- they are not listed on the BBB website. POLYWOOD FURNITURE is a different company and they are responsive. Polywood-outdoor appears to be a scam company.

I purchased a polywood set on April 3,2020. It consisted of 3 lounge chairs, two tables and 3 cushions. Everything arrived except for the cushions. I emailed about them and was told that due to Covid the shipment would be delayed. I understood that. A month later, I emailed to see how things were and if they could update me. No response. I then started a chat and the girl yelled at me and stopped the chat. Later, I received two emails. One telling me the cushions would be shipped the second week of June and then another email saying they would be shipped the first week of June. It is now June 13 and I have emailed again, but they are not even replying. It has been a week and no reply. It would be nice to know if they will ever be shipped so I can cancel the order and buy cushions locally because all of the stores here don't seem to have a problem getting cushions and the sunbrella site is still making and shipping cushions. They want to keep your money and keep you in the dark. I will never buy from them again, EVER. If you do order, just realize, you won't get your complete order.

I finally received my chairs, and I must say, they are great chairs. However, I had to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau to get this company's attention. It also took multiple conversations between the manufacturer and the distributor, to get involved. After posting a review on Facebook, I was messaged by Polywood. I got their attention from my review and complaint with the BBB. The whole process was exhausting. If I look at my account online, it still show my chairs in production and I received an update today that my chairs would be shipped in a month... yet I received them a few days ago. I can't begin to understand what is happening with this company... but I did get my chairs, and I like them very much. Would I purchase from them again, I doubt it. Their product is great, but too much to go through to get the order. We are all dealing with the economic effects of COVID, but you can only use that excuse for so long. If you can't meet your customer's expectations, communicate with them, don't hide, don't lie. As a customer, I would have been fine if someone just picked up the phone and called me to tell me what was going on.

I placed an order for 4 white Adirondack chairs in April. I spent over $1000, they have my money. They were supposed to be shipped in one week. After 2 weeks when I didn't get my chairs I called on my order and they said they were running behind due to COVID and I would get my chairs by May 11th. Chairs never came, no one notified me. Then I called and got a recording to send an email. The email response was that my chairs would be shipped May 24-27th. The chairs never came, again no notification as to why. On May 27th, I received an email response that read, "I have requested an updated status on your order from our production department since I could not locate tracking. Once they get back to me with either a ship date or tracking information, I will forward that information to you here." Not one word since. I have emailed every day since with no response. I have left voice mail messages, no response. I have not spoken to a live person since early May. I have no idea how to get my chairs or how to get my money back if the chairs never arrive. Horrible company. If I could give zero stars I would.
