Eisenhower dollar date correct but on their site different numismatic label and this is NOT as valuable as they led me to believe or recd. Buyer be very wary.
Has nothing to do with the "Police". All items are cheap, low quality items. Misrepresentation. Cheats
The jewelry that I received in the mail looked like it came out of the CrackerJack Box. It was nothing more than cheap costume jewelry. They Clarinex it was amethyst and diamonds, but it's not. It is not at all what I was bidding on. They do not return emails or answer the phone. Then when you try to cancel, they say it's too late. I filed a claim against them with the BBB and a dispute through PayPal. Do not buy from them.
The service team resolved my issue within one day after making a purchase I realised I did not want.
I don't think the jewelry is anything but costume jewelry but it is actually very pretty and I am proud to wear it. I have won a few auctions at reasonable prices. And everything I have received is very pretty. Nicer than some stuff that I see in stores. I have not been disappointed in any pieces yet. The only thing I don't like is the cost of shipping for such a small item.
Just had an appraisal done on the so called sapphire I purchased at the police auction and it is not even a sapphire. The cost of returning it is hardly worth it when you factor in shipping and the ridiculous exchange rate from American to Canadian. You lose both ways? If it is to good to be true, well...
I got several watches and a couple of rings. One ring showed it was worth 1,400... more like 14.00. The hands on one watch was just floating in the crystal. All watches that i looked up i could of bought for 19.99. Sence i thought it was actually a "police auction" I didnt think to question the items. This is actually a on line thrift store
How are you still in business. I was supposed to get sterling silver and white. Gold rings. The expensive one is plastic I paid 48.00 for and was supposed to have diamonds. The other one may be metal but its definitely not Sterling silver. Absolutely ridiculous. This company needs to be shut down. Complete liars.
Bought a Diamond AMD sapphire bracelet, looks like plastic. With crossed out prices your lead to believe this is what the item is appraised at. Huge scam dont waste your time.or money. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!
90% of the items are cubic zirconium, gold plated over silver. I bought a ring for my son. It claimed to be appraised at $5000. 00.
I paid $161.00. When it arrived the package was NOT INSURED.
I took it to my cousin who owns a jewelry store and he laughed at me. Even though the ring was listed AS HAVING REAL DIAMONDS THEY WERE FAKE.
He said I could buy the same ring for $20 on Amazon.
I was reading the messages coming up on their page telling people who bought what and why. I thought it weird giving people's names out. One message said they had finally won their first bid after a long time. I won 3 out of 4 in 12 hours. I researched gemstones and wondered why collectors or jewellers weren't buying such expensive stones. $6,000 diamonds going for $750. The grading and the prices never made sense. I kept reading the words "special designer jewellery" and the penny dropped. Why were there so many of the same items if they were specially designed? Mass produced crap. One of the items I seen online I had purchased before and was fake. I cancelled my account.
BOUGHT 3 ITEMS, 2 WERE JUNK THE OTHER NO-SHOW
CONVERTED THE ITEMS IN CAD FUNDS THEN CHARGED ME USD FUNDS
ONLINE FORMS, 2 OF THEM FILLED OUT METICULOUSLY CAME BACK WITH SOME ERROR REPORT CUZ IF U DONT FILE WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT THEN THEY CAN STEAL UR MONEY
ANOTHER SCHEMING WAY FOR THEM TO KEEP UR HARD EARNED $ IN THE MIDST OF A CRISIS
This is a rip off! I had a jeweler look at my supped diamonds and they are white sapphire! I couldn't even have the ring sized cause the quality of gold was non existent! I dont mind costume jewelry but they totally lied about the material in almost every piece! My pieces a pretty but bought under false advertising, so i still feel cheated! Never buying again from them!
It is going to cost you but the items are fake. Don't fall into their trap. I was stupid enough to spend a lot with no benefits. Please be careful.
I purchased a ring on the website and was really looking forward to it, it said white gold and real ruby with 6 diamonds. It was not white 18K gold but sterling silver with the stamp 925 on the inside of it. The ruby was a lab made product from what the jeweler told me and he said 'at best lab made' but definitely not a real ruby, as for the diamonds pftt not even zirconia but glass! Don't waste your money! As you can see it looks gluggy close up, so as long as you flash it from a distance I wouldn't waste another dollar on this place and I haven't!
Bought a ring that I received and it turned to be hard plastic and not a stone at all. It also fell out of the setting after one week. I asked for a return and they said it was not refundable. I have only had it for a week. What a rip off, stay away. I'm not sure how they get away with it!
I won a bid a few months back and paid for it. Poof it disappeared and refund issued. I really did want that ring, so when I saw it come back on their site, I bided again and sent a complaint about it.
Want to talk about a dbl or even triple POOF. NOT ONLY IS MY ORIGINAL BID AND WIN GONE BUT MY CURRENT BID IS GONE TOO on the same ring.
Granted my last win was what I would consider a steal since it was reasonable for me but not them.
Thought I was lucky regarding an Item I bid on and won. Thought ok - if it is a scam, I just bought a very expensive paper weight. I did my research, I thought, and bid and won. However the purchase never came. I contacted PoliceAuction.com and they informed me, my money had been put back into my account, because the quality control team deemed it unshippable. I am grateful, that probably with out these reviews, I would have never received my money back. However I contacted my funding institution, they can never accept billing from this website.
You know that 12.95 fee we pay for each item to come to us? They are awful, they have never gotten my items to me on their estimated time for delivery. It's been almost three weeks on some deliveries and I am told to be patient!
I recently spent $200 dollars on 80 items and they were worthless $1 dollar crap. Not even good dollar stuff that could be resold! I felt violated. Stay away.
Answer: No. Don't waste your money on this fraudelent site.
Answer: I'm reading terrible reviews where people are saying they had jewelry appraised and they are worthless. When you say something is fold or diamonds is that true because I'll send all 7 of my items back if not. You can't deceive or lie to people.
Answer: No you are not getting what you think. They are fake jewelry send back
Answer: Shipping is not free. It has cost somewhere around $9 to ship items but my items were small. The bigger they are, the more expensive the shipping cost.
