I purchased like 20 items from this site. I received Custome Jewelry WORTH NOTHING. They claimed the items were worth HUNDREDS EVEN THOUSANDS. I HAVE DISPUTED ALL CHARGES WITH MY BANK but PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW THAT IT'S A COMPLETE SCAM. I SPENT A COUPLE THOUSAND DOLLARS, All I got is CUSTOM JEWELRY worth really NOTHING!
The ring I purchased was supposed to weigh 4+ grams of solid sterling silver. It actually weighs 2.4 grams. This is a total scam. They make the money with high shipping fees of 14.99 that they DO NOT refund. To get your winning bid money back, you have to return first the item and pay for shipping again. At the end, its cheaper not to return, AND THEY KNOW IT!
Broke in one week. Cheaply made and I'm disappointed in price I paid. Stud in back snapped off back just putting on the backing.
Bought & immediately paid for 20 items in 7 days. Now it's not allowing me to pay, plus my account is restricted because they're not allowing me to pay! What? Maybe I'm too good of a customer!
It's a SCAM. I bought 3 pieces of jewelry they claimed was worth over a thousand dollars and it's costume jewelry. The red value they have in upper right is flat out false. They are not associated with police in any capacity. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME
I would not even give them a 1 star rating but it's required to submit the review
I Bid on a 1962 pf70 franklin 50 cent piece. Won the bid.they sent me a 50 cent piece 1962, but not graded pf70. There's a lot of difference and value of that coin. Very unhappy very dissatisfied.
I bid on and won: 4 watches for me and 5 pieces of jewelry for my wife.
The website never states what the dollar amount shown in upper right hand corner represents; estimated value? Appraised value?
$50 bid and win on something appearing to be worth $1,200. Bought 5 items for all around this same price.
I took all items to two professional jewlers for professional appraisal for insurance purposes. Both told me the same thing: the gem ratings did not match what was shown and I basically bought $65 jewelry for $50; no where close to the $1,200 as shown. Watches were appraised at my purchase price, about $40.
Basically, the items look nice but are not worth anything. Contact me and I'll show my my private appraisals.
All jewelry was peridot and diamonds, or so I thought.
So after buying 6 items I can tell you my experience. Firstly the red figure crossed out is only too miss lead you, although there is a disclaimer saying not to rely on it as it is computer generated, it serves no other purpose to make you think you are getting a higher priced item. I had one ring that I had valved and it was 0.30 cents.
The photography is fantastic, makes the gem sparkle. They don't look like that when they arrive. All the diamonds that I've seen are listed near perfect I, that is 2nd to lowest quality.
All of the rings that I've brought and searched for are size 7 for ladies so if you have massive fingers then its all good if not Im sure it will look good on your thumb lol
Look at all the reviews on the site, every single one of them is positive, some by the same person 10 times within the same minute so they are not all real and not one bad one? Come on please, at least keep it real
These are not police items that are sold, more end of line, bulk lots etc which is not what police auctions are. This is just a online business using a trusted name. There appears to be some lovely stuff on here but it may not be worth what you pay for it.
20 Star rating from me police force are on there way to you enjoy your happy ending and eat your $#*!ty pie with a 3 course meal and glass of wine
Of course, I realized right away that you are not going to get a thousand dollar plus piece of jewelry for 70$ but the two pieces I received are terrible! They May look okay under a microscope but hard to see with the naked eye! Pathetic. Never again!
Stone fell out of ring the first time I wore it. The stone is lost. This ring is useless at this point.
I ordered a ring for my daughter a gift and was solely disappointed when I opened the packaged that gotten to me faster than Amazon. I sent it back at my own expense, no compensation.
This site is not items seized by police but a cheap trick to sell items that look expensive but cheap and of lower quality than they appear. A total scam!
I have been auctioning on this website for over 3 years. I bought 25 pieces of Jewelries and collectible items. The Jewelries are gorgeous! The designs and qualities are impecable! The price I won the bids are worthy for my time. The price and quality are way much better than non gold, silver Jewelries at Macy's.(The only thing I wish the shipping is not $12.95 for each item. Add it in a ring is stiff. Post office priority mail including $50 insurance for small box costed $8.95)
I read about negative comments from other reviews sites but I have never had a bad experience. First of all, reviewer said they are fake jewelries as their jeweler said. Please read the item description before you bid. They are very honest and detailed descriptions such as. Main material is sterling silver, rhodium plate. Ruby treated with dye and heated ect. I recently just bought another10 more pieces of Jewelries a few days ago as Birthday and Christmas gifts. I am extremely pleased, happy and satisfied! They delivered in beautiful, well packed jewelry boxes and exactly as they was shown on the web even more beautiful in my hand. Most of all, customer service is outstanding! Any request or concern sent via support, it solved in a heartbeat even in the weekend! Great communication! Transaction, I have never had any problem paid via Paypal! The refund is fast! Thank you for keeping customer service satisfaction is your number one priority! I would recommend your business to my friends without hesistation.

Looks nice its supposed to be 14k gold with black diamonds but I'm not to sure about that but I'm happy enough
Although there was coins in my auction win it DEFINITELY wasn't what was shown so my personal opinion is that this SITE SUX!
I bid on two rings from this site. What was supposed to be a ruby and diamond ring and an emerald and diamond ring turned out to be cheap plastic "stones" in settings that look like they were formed using a hack saw. This "jewelry" was not even good enough to be classified as costume jewelry. I have applied for a refund but am going to protest through Paypal as well for a refund. These people are shysters, scammers, liars and are only out to take your money. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT bid on anything from their site!
I "won the bids" on several bracelets and pendants from Police Auctions. I was shocked and disappointed when the items arrived. They all looked child size and cheaply made. The bracelets advertised as diamonds and gem stones were so tiny that the diamond fragments could not be seen without a magnifying glass and the gemstones were teeny tiny. Before you bid on any of this cheap jewelry, get out a ruler and actually measure what you are getting. These photos are blown up by about a thousand percent!
PoliceAuctions.Com is a total scam on customers and there stone's. Their photos are deceiving and fraudulent. The photos mislead you to appear that they have clarity. There is no clarity to any of them. I told them via email that I would be taking them to a gemologist for appraisal value. Unfortunately, by the time I could get an appointment with a credible gemologist, it took too long to get results due to covid and time expired for return. Now I'm stuck with over $700 spent on junk, no value stones. I burned myself and hopefully this posts keeps other consumers from being burned by a scam product site.
Their jewelry are totally fake, they don't worth what they say it worth. It really looks like Wish fake jewelry. Totally disappointed of this site. They are stealing people's money in the name of Police Auction. Shame, shame and shame.
Answer: No. Don't waste your money on this fraudelent site.
Answer: I'm reading terrible reviews where people are saying they had jewelry appraised and they are worthless. When you say something is fold or diamonds is that true because I'll send all 7 of my items back if not. You can't deceive or lie to people.
Answer: No you are not getting what you think. They are fake jewelry send back
Answer: Shipping is not free. It has cost somewhere around $9 to ship items but my items were small. The bigger they are, the more expensive the shipping cost.
