If you ever wanna delete your account, don't bother trying. You now have to have a live chat or phone call with EA to delete your account, even if you only use the free version. After wasting my time and getting told my account was now deleted I received a email stating I had to contact them again as the connection was lost and my account would not be deleted. Worst game website ever.
This company captures information from you and can somehow get your new credit card information to keep charging you for services you may or may not even use. My email address is not the same as when I started and therefore I can't log in, can't cancel and the support of ea won't talk to you unless you can furnish them with information you should never give out. You will never be able to stop the charges!
They make up rules. There is one woman who has played me twice and she curses at your via im the entire time. The first time I reported her, the second time I couldn't even find a way to do that. There is no customer service. Poor.
HD games are terrible and anything COCOS does is crap. No tokens for crossword cove anymore. A waste of time and money. Constantly pestered with badges which I promptly delete.

I played Pogo for years and quit do to many viruses, Well this year (2018) they offered old account holders discounts to renew, so I thought I'd give them another chance, because, I like the games and it was a good pass time. They have really gone to S--T since they got big headed with HD games, games don't loud shut down in the middle of game. I will not be renewing after this years runs out.
Every time I get interested in a game, EA changes it for whatever stupid reason. You used to be able to rack up the tokens on word whomp and poppit bingo, but now stopped giving you tokens on those games. A few other games as well. I've finally decided that when my membership of many years comes due in march, I will for the first time in years, not bother renewing it. A game isn't a challenge if you're not getting anything for it. Bad enough they removed the jackpots, but when they take away my useless tokens that I work so hard to get... that just irks me to no end. Just not into this site much at all anymore. I hate change.
Well with the new updated Pogo, there are now no free challenges. I used to get a couple per week, Now none,. You have to use gems now to buy the challenges. And you have to buy the gems. So, they are making you pay for these challenges. NOT HAPPENING.
It used to be you could use your tokens to enter prize giveaways. They long since stopped that.
To me - I get nothing for my 10 million tokens.
The only advantage to a paid subscription is no advertising.

I've tried to play this site's games on both a high tech gaming computer, as well as a run of the mill computer (at home and at work). The site crashes religiously every ten minutes. They run the same Dove add over and over and over. I was considering getting a paid membership on this site, as some games are very limited in what you can do unless you pay for their service. However, it's not worth it with a constant crashing. Also, I've recently received warning through my anti-virus system re: malicious activity stemming from this site. Completely not worth the time and effort.
Too many ads. I know you need 'em, but the WHOLE DAMN SCREEN is full. If you can't make it on less, quit now. They should pay me for the one-time inconvenience of trying to play Monopoly Online on their junked-up website.

Games load slow and run so sluggish that they are not fun to play. I won't risk paying for games since most reviews say they don't improve after joining pogo. But I just realized Sitejabber does not let me sort reviews in time order and most of the reviews I am seeing are at least 6 years old.
Ive been playing on pogo for 23 yrs (since they started up) they just took my usual payment, and bailed. The site is unplayable. I could not get into my acct, they said my passwd was incorrect (it wasnt) and when i requested a email to change the password i NEVER got it. Any phone number, or contact info they give now for contact is invalid or turned off, so you cant access anyone. Whats worse? They still have my credit card on file and i have no way to stop that but cancel my card. They should be sued... shame on you pogo.com. You made it sound like the site was going to be better, but the site is now lame and useless.
Pogo is WAY too focusing on pushing commercials on to us. It's not right, especially as we are already paying to play.
The texas holdem room called Big Baby, the Lobby is has so many people that love to insult, put down, embarrass, curse, simple name calling players, any player member or not. I have 2 payed memberships, that wont be renewed unless it is stopped right away.
All about pushing commercials if you intend on trying this sight or playing for free don't waste your time, while the games are easy mindless fun you will be forced to endure endless harassing ads of ever increasing duration and ever shrinking "game breaks" between the ads the shove down your throat even recycling back to the ads repeatedly assaulting your peace and sanity. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR STAY AWAY.
They got rid of Scrabble, and at automatic renewal time, they sent me an email that they can't charge my card because it was no longer good! So, i didn't bother cancelling it, because they said card was not good! Today, I got an email from my credit card telling me they charged me another $39.99 on another old card that was on file from another account! What a bunch of thieves, will NOT give me my money back!
Anybody who is saying this website is 3 or more stars is either out of their head, or they are a paid reviewer.
The site is always going down in the middle of games, freezes, horrible AI, lousy customer service that basically dumps you onto old mother hen forum types who just try to feed you some Pogo Kool-Aid! It is what happens when gaming sites take your money, then decide to never upgrade anything. And I say this as one who has used pogo for over a decade. It has gone downhill, but ALWAYS had these problems. The poor level of support is perhaps the icing on the cake, especially for what paid members are charged for this.
So many great games and challenges! I have enjoyed Pogo for more than 18 years. Great customer service with "Live Chat" and phone calls that have been enhanced by no-hassle facilitation, the past couple years. (2018).
The games are super slow... there is no communication between players and if this is going to be the new Pogo site then they are going to lose a ton of paying customers who have been playing for years on Pogo. That is the reality.
Pogo is working on the customer service and recently got back to me with help for a technical problem in good time. They were able to make it right, so things are looking up as they actually connect with their consumers.
I've been a customer since 2004, but now the games have tech trouble (mostly loading, etc.) and they just send "nice" replies and do nothing. Another growing problem is the people who just want to get high scores using all sorts of apps, some of which cause their totals to run up continuously. This doesn't seem to alarm Pogo at all, it will only get worse.
