I placed an order on Feb 28th, as of March 3rd still no shipping info. When I placed order I paid to have order delivered within 7-10 days. I messaged them only to be given excuses... was told to be patient... I will get it soon... shipping info will come shortly... it was just made yesterday... and best of all- that my order was a "pre-order"! How can something ordered 5 days ago be a pre-order!?!
They have since read my review and canceled my "pre-order" and then blocked me from sending any messages! Poor way to treat customers Plumeria!
I've bought many times here and I never wrote a review for them so here is my experience with Plumeria Swimwear. In 2018, for the first time I placed an order after hearing a good review from my friend. I am a person who usually go with big brands and I ignore new brand which pops up in social network ads but Plumeria changed my mentality. Their Bikini and Swimsuit collection is the best and amazing quality. No doubt, I am going to continue purchasing from this beautiful site.
I am getting my package on time as always. I happy that I found a perfect business people to collaborate with.
I ordered the same day and without any trouble I got my delivery same week and she really liked it. Five stars!
I can't agree with any of these positive reviews. My order kept getting delayed and pushed back with no delivery date. None of the promised dates were kept and I had to open a PayPal dispute to get my money back. Worst customer service. 0/10 would not recommend.

There was an issue with my first order due to a stocking error and I was very dissapointed the time I wanted was not available in a timely manner. The customer service team were however excellent and not only did they fully refund me but then they actually sent me the bikini I had originally ordered free of charge as an apology for the original stocking mistake which was very generous and appreciated. Although I didn't get it in time for the trip I originally bought it for, I really look forward to wearing it on my next vacation. I would recommend Plumeria for their honesty and helpfulness and the product itself is also really lovely.
I unfortunately ordered suits that became unavailable in the colors I wanted. Joan in customer service, through all my frustration, made sure I was happy in the end. She is the reason I will order from plumeria again in the future. Thank you.
I had an issue with order non arrival due to an out of stock item. The reason for lack of arrival wasn't communicated until I enquired myself by email. Emails were responded to quickly but the promised refund was not forthcoming. However once I contacted the Facebook help team they were extremely helpful and efficient and resolved my issue almost instantly so can't fault their social team who did a great job. I hope to be able to upgrade my rating further when the bikini I've been assured will be sent arrives as I'm yet to be able to comment on the actual quality of the swimwear, hoping it's as great as they always look online
