Plumeria Swimwear

Beware if you are not sure of your size. I originally ordered a medium top and it wasn't quite right (a bit big), so I asked to exchange for a small. To send the top back to exchange it out would have cost me $90 USD, and the top was $35, so not sure how they think they can do business with customers in the US. I was left with a top too big and bathing suit that doesn't work, so due to the inconvenience of shipping overseas I will be eating the cost and looking elsewhere. Too bad, as the suit had potential!

I ordered a beautiful suit that was just not the right coverage for my taste and when I decided to return it the customer support was fantastic! They allowed me more time for the return (I am in USA and it had to be returned to Turkey) to accommodate slower pandemic shipping times, and they were so helpful and generous in refunding my purchase. I will be shopping with them in the future!

Ordered 3 bikinis which totaled $150 after using a promo code that the site itself advertised. None fit but the company won't issue a refund if you use a promo code. Total waste of money and they have almost no matching swim suit sets in stock so exchanging isn't even an option. When I tried to return for a credit to exchange, I was told shipping would cost at a minimum $45 through USPS.

I got introduced to Plumeria about five years ago and I must say there was no turning back from that point on. Goodbye Victoria's Secret, goodbye HandM! Plumeria pieces are by no means your regular bathing suits that you can buy at the mall. Everything from the way they are cut, to the beautiful sugar glam and crochet materials make them the most unique and simply the best in the market. I am naturally curvy, a size medium in regular clothing and I own about five sets from Plumeria and they accentuate my curves and small waist like no other. They are what I call my couture bathing suits which I opt for whenever I have a getaway to Miami, the Caribbean or south of Spain! A big shoutout to the customer service reps who delivered my bathing suits in time for my Miami trip a month ago! Plumeria never disappoints and I am forever a fan.

Honestly I am so impressed with the exceptional customer service I have received in all communications.
I must admit at first I was very skeptical, I have been wronged so badly while shopping for swimwear online, it's devastating, So I thought Plumeria Swimwear was also trying to just take my money.
After a few emails and receiving my order I must say I am in love with the brand and products. I am officially a forever customer.

I'm a "COVID-Bride" hahah and only 20 days away from my beach destination wedding in Los Cabos, so I am so excited to wear all their beautiful sets on the beach!

So pleased with my suits, the shipping and customer service I received from Plumeria. I'm a return customer and will continue to be! I live in Mexico and shipping is always a challenge here - BUT not with Plumeria. They shipped all my orders next day and they arrived via UPS within 3 business days. They also communicated extremely well with me about shipping as my orders were time sensitive. 5 STAR EXPERIENCE.

I was disappointed with the top I got— it was a different color than I saw on the model— so when I got an email a few days later to write a review, I vented a bit about the color. I was contacted within the hour about what was wrong and how they could make it better. After a few email exchanges, they decided to send me a whole new bikini set and I had a notification of shipment before the of the day. The new suit came and it looks fantastic!

I ordered the magnolia bikini in black on Saturday. It arrived at lightning speed today (Wednesday) in less than one week! I tried it on immediately. I read a few reviews that noted the suits run small so I ordered the L in both the top and bottom to be on the safe side. I'm typically a US size 6,27-28 in jeans, and 36 B so would normally opt for a medium. The large fits perfectly and looks great (boyfriend agrees too). I cannot wait to wear this on my vacation to the DR!

Last but not least, I must admit, I found Plumeria via Instagram. And am generally skeptical when buying off ads, but this suit was too unique to not give it a try. Glad I did!

The shipping was fast. The swimwear is beautiful. The quality is excellent. The best of all is the customer service, the fast response, they are always there for you if you need assistance. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Great experience with customer service. I ordered the wrong size and the rep was prompt in responding to my email and cancelling my initial order after I placed a second order. Money was refunded 3 days later. Perfect! The suit came in, and I love it. I do have to say that it's definitely not worth the full price amount though. $80+ for one of these suits is very steep. If I were going to spend that kind of money on a bathing suit, I'd go for a neoprene suit from Triangl. Just saying.

Plumeria has great customer service! Unfortunately the first time I ordered the bikini's they did not make it to my house and (I believe it was bc of COVID). Plumeria gave me a full refund. So I really liked the bikinis and tried again. Well this time I didn't receive the package so I emailed them and they emailed me right away showed me where my package was. Once again great customer service! I was able to find my bikini finally and it's stunning! Absolutely recommend them!

I have bought a few items from this site and my experience has been very disappointing.
First I received my items and decided that I wanted to exchange for a different size. That was fine they sent the form straight away for exchange. Then upon going to the post office the return cost me over $46.80 to return two bra's, due to having to return back to Turkey which. It took over a month for a response. I took a photo of the bra's still packaged with tags still attached and proof of post.
They retuned an email saying that that one of the bra's was stained which I disagreed that it was mine but they refused exchange. Something happened in quarantine or lack of care on their behalf and blamed me even though I supplied a photo.
So it cost me $106.60 Australian dollars to get nothing in return. In the end after a frustrating and lengthy process I ended up with a credit for the 2nd bra, it has cost me over $150 and still have nothing.

All these reviews that claim to have received their items fast and had a great experience must be receiving a check or are a part of the company. Been over 20 days no shipment. Can't track it because only a label to ship was created but nothing after. Customer service has to be done via chat on Facebook. They don't respond for several days so you try again and they complain that you should on try to contact once and wait. Next time you reach out the system is broke and they request an email. Takes several days to get an email response and miraculously they ship the day they reply. What a coincidence! A month out of pocket no product is not acceptable. God help me if the stuff should have to be returned or exchanged! Steer clear. Joke of a company if they are even a company.

Much like many people who have ordered these bikinis with the expecting shipping time of "up to 10 days" I have been extremely let down. I ordered months ago and never received my bikinis, when I called to ask what the heck is going on, they said they don't know when they'll be able to ship, I'm assuming because of Covid, and they refuse a refund. The tracking number just says "pending." So frustrating! Don't sponsor your stuff everywhere and not warn people when you know the bikinis will not be delivered for WHO KNOWS HOW LONG, if ever?!
