Plixi is now a scam website.

Processes payment but no membership levels.
Can't connect social media.
Phone number disconnected.
No longer at address listed.
No employees listed and not on LinkedIn.
Live chat is dead,
No response to emails.

Not sure what happened but stay away.

Called bank and told them immediately I was scammed. Then had to request new card.

This is likely a site owned by a foreign entity that is using a cc processor to wire money overseas.
Do not use.

With my experience, I really don't believe the other reviews on here. My biggest regret was not looking at the reviews posted on TrustPilot (which seems to be more genuine) before signing up with this service. It was an impulsive move on my part. I signed up for their 'Expert' plan which clearly stated that I would get "AI Powered Growth Engine" and "Dedicated Instagram Manager". No one connected with me, and on my dashboard if I clicked AI powered- there was an added fee attached (even after i signed up for their highest plan!) I cancelled the subscription in 24 hours and asked for a refund. The message I keep receiving is that they will forward my query to billing but no one from billing got back to me- it's already been a week. I've now had to flag this charge with my credit card company. Absolute fraud. They also have a 14day money back if you're unsatisfied as per their Terms of Service, which they don't seem to abide by either. It's a scam.

I canceled the order and was supposed to get a $50 refund. 3 weeks have passed. I write all the time, they don't answer me. And they sent me a screenshot of their refund. But I called the bank and the bank said that I would not get a refund and I had to talk to the company. In short, I was scammed!

They charge me $99 for a days trial - no results and they are not responding on the chat at all! This screams a fake platform and I wished I read the reviews here on this platform - all the 5 star are reviews here is probably written by the platform and is fake.

Buying 100 fake followes for 1 dollars other places are more worth than this website.

This review will be deleted, if Plixi reponds back to my mail and refund the $99 paid for the "free" 24 hours trial, that I canceled before expire - if you still read this message - AVOID AVOID AVOID

If they have scammed you - contact STRIPE and the other payment providers they use with the same.

If you came here for a Plixi review, you might as well ignore anything that's over 1 star. They are all fake reviews. Here's one of the real ones. Plixi looks like a legit site on the surface, they even have customer support that will respond to you and ensure that everything is okay. Here's the truth. They bill you, they won't stop billing you and all the likes are 1000% fake. When you bring this up to them, they will say it's not true and to keep giving it time. That's the scam, make you feel better and that everything will eventually get better, but it never does, they never stop billing you even when you ask and even when you cancel on their site and fake followers just pour in.

You are simply buying fake accounts. Don't waste your time. You will only hurt your account. They do have a wonderful looking dashboard that has these bells and whistles. But, it's just smoke and mirrors folks.

Awful! Created an account and within an hour realised that it was not great, everything it says you will get is actually something you have to pay for. Also it says it is getting you followers but when you check your account, they aren't followers. Their customer service is shocking - I was told to cancel my account and they would refund me, which I did but I haven't been refunded and now they won't reply to my live chats. Avoid at all costs!

I signed up for the 1 day free trial and got 0 results. I cancelled it within 24 hours and they still charged my card of $700 and then I saw a few FAKE FOLLOWERS here and there. I have contacted them many times to cancel it and refund me without any results. They keep on saying they will contact the billing team and will not give any dates. They have no intention of returning the money, but I have a strong bank and they will be getting it back for me. Just annoying that I have to go through this whole process.

With me, the personnel is usually quite cordial. They've never been hurried or unkind. They have extensive training.

You cannot get anyone to email, call or chat back for support. The chat always states they are not available but they are happy to take your money.

BEWARE - I tried this thinking maybe this is legit - look they have real companies listed. Nope - it's basically a scam. Didn't get any followers in the demographic I selected, just a couple of weird foreign followers who had no posts and the weird thing is the data it gives you in the dashboard is fake - none of the accounts it shows as new followers actuall follow you. The data itself is fake. Their address is listed as a We Work location in San Francisco and their invoice shows a address in Texas that doesn't exist in Google maps.

They offer pro accounts with features which they do not provide. Their refund is a joke as they only refund, when there is no follower growth at all. The follower growth does not fit their target at all and even though you can select some specific targets the followers will come from other countries.

You will see there are new followers on your dashboard, but those real followers never deliver on your IG account, they keep telling you the team is fixing it but no, they didn't fix it at all. They keep send you like 50+ fake followers to your account, when you ask them about it, they always say understand about your concern and they never send bot or fake followers, just the platform trigger some fake followers and will getting better, but nah! SCAMMER! They said will refund but no they didn't!

I signed up for the free trial.

Cancelled in 24 hours.

My card was charged. They will not refund or cancel the plan.

They keep quibbling and wasting my time (now 50+ emails).

I will be taking legal action for stolen funds and fraud.

They refuse to stop the account. This is not a reputable service.

Avoid.

Signed up, and within a few hours I realized the negative impacts this could have on my IG account, so I cancelled right away.

22 days later, I am still waiting for my refund. Yes, still waiting.

A few more days have past. Still have my email thread with several replies stating that the refund was processed, but as I originally said, it was never received.

As of this I also have a message thread from their website stating that they have no record of me ever requesting a refund.

This may also explain why ever day our IG account is getting around 15 obviously fake followers. Yup, every day it happens within a short period of time, and they are as fake as fake can be.

Please do yourself a favor and stay clear away from this company
