I wasn't expecting much at first, but their approach to boosting my online presence really caught me off guard in a good way. I started seeing more genuine interactions on my posts within just a few days.

I signed up unsure of if it would actually help me build up my business but even thought August was hard to grow I am happy I had some help. The dashboard was helpful and with Plixi I was able to focus on creating content and collaborating with partners. I recommend it!

Recently used Plixie and im very happy with the results. I saw alot more traffic on my socials resulting in alot more business for my shop. I would definitly be using thair service again in tje future and highly recommend them

I have subscribed with a discount annual fee initially to try this product out. My numbers of followers increased gradually as they promised for the first year, however I noticed almost all of the new followers are fake accounts with simple setup and very easy uploads which means there is high chance they are robots online. However a very small part of the new followers "seems" like real people but I don't have that much time to check one by one. After first year of subscription they charged my card for a full annual price without prior notification, which I found out and quickly flag this issue to them. To my surprise, they refused to refund me even after just a few days of charging my card. I have written emails with them back and forth for more than 10x times but result is, no matter how they won't give you refund. Without any place to report them or file a proper scam report, I have no choice but keep using it. Just remember to turn of auto subscription! Then two months after my renewal there is dramatic decrease of followers, which ruined my almost 10-month increase of followers into none. I wrote another round of email to customer support but only told is Instagram officially "cleaning" their data base. Just wait a few days it will get back to normal. Then in the next two weeks I have further decrease of followers, and now it seems almost all my year growth is gone means my money goes for nothing. 100% SCAM which I paid my own money and time and effort to let others not to be fooled by this scam company Plixi! Whoever reads my review you are welcome to discuss more. Hope you are not into this difficult circumstance as me.

Dashboard is easy to navigate. What I like the most is how detailed the information provided. Not bad for the Pro plan price.

I subscribed to Plixi expecting real growth and engagement on my social media, but unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing from start to finish. First, I requested to cancel my subscription well before the next billing cycle, and I received no response. Despite my follow-ups, I was still charged again, which is completely unacceptable. After insisting multiple times, I finally received a reply — they claimed their previous emails didn't reach me, which sounds like an excuse rather than a valid explanation. What's worse is that they refused to issue a refund, citing their terms that subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. While I understand policy limitations, it's unacceptable to ignore multiple cancellation requests and then fall back on fine print. As for the actual service:
The followers I received were extremely low quality. Most accounts have 100–200 followers, sometimes up to 8,000 following, but they clearly look like bots or inactive accounts created solely for the purpose of boosting follower numbers. There was no real engagement, no likes, no comments, just vanity metrics that do nothing to build a real presence or community. Overall, this felt like a predatory subscription model with poor customer support and a low-quality product. I cannot recommend Plixi to anyone looking for authentic growth. Avoid this service.

NEVER waste your money on Plixi to boost your Instagram followers! I shelled out $99 and after 30 days, NOT A SINGLE follower gained! Their excuse? Blaming the number of posts, which were all done as instructed. And guess what? They have the audacity to refuse a refund even after a whole month with zero new followers. They promised followers from day one, around 1000 per month—nothing but empty promises and a complete rip-off!

Don't pay them any money, they are scammers, you won't get new followers. You will only lose money.

They tried to take out 800£ and then kept reducing it until they got 81p and access to my accounts

THIS COMPANY IS A BIG SCAM! One year ago I clicked in to this page and I left my details, i have never used the platform and not until today one year later when I see someone have drawn 569,85 € from my account i search on the company name.

Even if they took my money just 2 h before, they say that they cant refund the money since the account is active. I have now sent the repport to their team where it shows i have only been loged in 1 time february 2023.

This company makes deceptive offers, and will refuse to refund you after it charges you for subscriptions you did not authorize. If you did give them your credit card, call your bank and cancel the card and initiate a chargeback. Also consider filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

That is a scam site. It tricks you to authorize a one month trial at $30/month and collects $518 for annual fees (which does not make sense because 12*30 = $360). When you complain, even immediately after you made the payment, they say it is not refundable. That is theft by any name. As regards the services, they were never delivered.

They charged me instantly in the first sign up window and i realised the scam in less than an hour but by that time they have charged my card twice - once for the annual fee of usd710 after displaying the monthly fee usd59, and another usd 900 per annum on automation (after displaying the monthly fee of.usd75. In total they charged my card usd1610 in less than an hour from sign up and i couldn't get the refund - though i quickly cancelled the subscription (within the 1st hour of signup). Big scammers

It bring 10% the number of follower as advertised. And once you subscribe you can not cancel, they will keep charging you without receipt or notice. Totally a scam and unethical business

I signed up for one-day trial then discovered I couldnt do anything on free-trial so I paid for pro only to find out it is also useless. I asked for refund, and was informed the company doesn't do refund. US$99 gone within couple of hours from useless website that promotes Instagram followers growth

Don't trust other reviews, this service is just a scam. Nothing works and I've been waiting my refound for 1month
