Definitely best gaming console, PS5 just came to my house. I really loved it, controler fits perfectly in your hand and now with new sensors, it totaly changed way of gamming. One thing that we can all agree, is that waiting list for PS5 was too long, but it's wort waiting!

Playstation sucks

Bought a game cause of some people, played one time and discovered I HATE it. Pretty upset I wasted near $100 bucks on a game I played 1 time and cause Ive already downloaded it ans tried I cant get a refund. Lame af! And since PS5, omg, it ruins the gameplay for us PS4 players. Next console wont be a ps5. Xbox has been sounding awesome and cheaper prices. Think Ima finally give them a try. Thanks for pushing me that way ps. Bye u greedy pos.

Overheating Issue

I can't play games on my system for more than 2 hours without having the risk of it overheating. Only have had it for about 11 months but it has been an issue for the past 2 weeks. Playstation support is absolutely no help and impossible to talk to an actual person about my issue.

PlayStation support refuses to help recover my account when I was hacked, the hacker got me banned. They were spamming my friends with invites and messages and got my account reported. When I asked PlayStation to help they just said I was banned and they can't recover my account.

Stolen money

My boyfriend has an playstation account. June 7th his account got hack and a game got brought for a $109. Soon I seen it I disputed it with my bank. And took my payment off my PlayStation account.
We also tried to get in contact with Sony PlayStation itself to no prevail. Now they told my bank that they can not refund his money back cause it 14 day past. How do you tell the bank that disputed it the same day that the money was taken to say you not going to pay that back.
Sony PlayStation takes money from it's account holders even if the account was unauthorized for the payment that's in question.
Make it make sense. I don't like PlayStation Sony

Unauthorized purchases that were made on my Playstation account were not refunded. I explained that EA Games support took more than 14 days to reply that caused my transactions to exceed the 14 day refund policy, but my agent provided no accommodations or flexibility regarding my case at all. I will be cancelling all of my family's business with Playstation immediately following this very frustrating and unsupportive experience.

Ps5 waiting list

Don't waste your time. So Sony/playstation waiting list lie. They have you sign up or sign into your PS account to then enlist to have a chance of attaining a console that has been all but accessible anywhere, so you would figure this would be your best shot. Nope! They email you an event exclusive where you are supposed to have a chance to finally order one from production. You get into this "event" and no consoles are available. Though they offer free shipping and half off games, accessories and such but for what? A console you will NEVER own. You could go pay double from a fake site saying they have one to sell you but almost all of these are SCAMS. Apparently so is Sony themselves. No longer will I bother throwing away my money on a company that is clearly unprofessional and incompetent.

I've been a loyal customer to them for years and I am extremely disappointed in our last encounter. I purchased a game that had faulty content and ended up being broken in multiple ways and this game cost 64$. I used it for one day and wanted my refund. Their website clearly states that you get a refund for faulty content within 14 days. Yet the woman on the phone was extremely rude and offered me no solutions whatsoever. I've had Xbox in the past and they never acted like this so if you're seeing this and looking to buy one or the other, GO WITH XBOX.

Unfair trading.

When i go to normal store i can try things before buying. When shopping online i can return it if doesn't fit. Play station store sells you cat in the bag. But when you open the bag and find a dead cat instead, sorry, you cant return it. You opened the bag! If this is not a scam than what is!? The returns policy is a joke, how can one judge the quality of a game before downloading and starting it!? Avoid at all cost and buy disk instead. Disk you can always return or resell.

Do NOT purchase a PlayStation membership unless you're ABSOLUTEY sure you want to support this crappy company. I have all three major consoles and was recently charged for my PlayStation membership two days ago. I also purchased a slightly discounted annual membership on Christmas Day and was going to use that but PlayStation charged me without warning for my annual renewal. Called them to refund my charge from 2 days ago and they said they couldn't because it's their policy to not refund more than once and they refunded me 5 years ago in 2016. Also, their phone lines were off for Christmas when I tried to call and cancel my membership anyway.

Horrible company

If I could give them a zero I would. This is the most frustrating company to go through. We accidentally gifted the wrong gift card to my brother and the code is still intact and not scratched off. The lady on the phone told me I could not get my money back and that I would have to give it to another family member. No one cares to use it so I guess we are out 60 dollars. 10/10 do not recommend
