Fraud

I tried to renew my account and it charged me $50 for an answer service and did not renew my service. I tried posting before and it removed my post before I could complete it. Just answer is a terrorist group, do not support them. Also of you have used them change all of your passwords

My son bought a zombies pack for call of duty 4 and it will not let him play it I've tried to get ahold of somebody for a week now straight garbage shouldn't take that long to get a refund

I was logged out of my account after switching WiFi. I can't get logged back in because of the 2step verification, a code isn't being sent to my phone. There is no option to select resend code like their website tells you. I've been trying to contact playstation support for a week, but everytime I try they are receiving high amount of calls and their system hangs up on me. The live chat robot is no help and when it trys to connect me to an agent, again they are receiving high volume of calls and I get no help. My playstation is basically a paper weight right now.

Horrible support

I've been trying to get my hacked account back for years and years. I thought I was getting somewhere these past months but it's just constant questions and then delays in responces and unclear instructions and communication. Lost over £1000 and years of progress on this account and highly doubt I'll ever get it back due to PSN customers support being deylayed, unclear, not friendly, not communicating and overall being terrible. Honestly probably the worst customer support I've ever experienced. Replys take weeks from PSN and when I do get emails they are extremely unclear.
Better off using PC and not playstation.

Got suspended for reason. Someone messaged me calling me the n word and threatened my life because i called them an idiot. I got suspended and they didnt. Dont even bother with the playstation clowns.

Playstation sucks

I have been trying to get someone to talk to about my account why it charged me but I still can't play my online games. It's saying I need to buy my month subscription that I already have bought so playstation sucks n I am so mad because no one will return my calls or anything it's just saying error wtf n I will show it my bank where it took it out of my account n I will show you what it says on the account on my ps4 but I still can't play my online games

I got banned from psn for a username I've had for over a decade. Their "support" was non existent and pretty much only consisted of a chatbot. After some research i found that they do this to their customers a lot. Once my PlayStation craps out I'm getting an xbox

All I'm trying yo do is get logged back on to my account.
Playstation networks have over-complicated this process to the point of causing some serious frustrations.
Can't even set up my system after attempting to reboot/reformat which displays as:
"Too many USB devices connected."
After seeing all other reviews, it appears as though you guys don't even care to respond.
If I can get some proper help with this, then I would be more than happy to upgrade to 5 stars, but until then, I'm still left with unresolved issues on being unable to access both my PS4, or even log in.

Scamming customers

Unable to buy product from this website (tried several times). Similar experience as many potential customers describe.
Error messages displays all the time during purchase process.
Direct.playstation has no respect or interest in customers. Also they are not value its reputation, however, which they do not have (so, why worry about it?)
Not recommend to friends and family members - it's capitalism and direct.playstation has to work hard to deserve our money.

Sony is a crook

Dealing with these idiots is like dealing with crooked politicians or con artist. I signed up for 1 month didn't save my card and they took almost 6 months off a debit card that wasn't saved on there sight and when I tried to get a refund from them bcus I don't own a playstation nor will I ever now. So I told them I never used there subscription they stole the money for they said so sad to bad so I had my bank refund the money bcus even the bank said they took money fraudulently. Multi million dollar company takes food out of my kids mouths for a service I didn't ask for and wouldn't return the monies. Watch out when dealing with them. I would leave a face to face with them so I can look in there eyes and ask them how they sleep at night. I think they relative of Biden and deserve a dirt nap. Idiots I still got it back bcus there morons who committed fraud! Lol! Get u some of that!

Sony gave me a broken PS5 and did nothing to help

Bought a PS5 from the site, it came with broken CD drive. Sony did nothing to help. Made several attempts to call and ask for help. They provided false promises and did not follow through with anything. I've had enough. I lost 500-600 bucks and I'm tired of fighting for my refund. Buy at your own risk. Good luck.

I wanted a refund then I talked to Sony they told me they have to put me on hold for 10-20 minutes until I am waiting an hour and still no response and when they responded the refused to give me the refund and ended the chat

Absolue fraud

I am very annoyed by playstation customer support almost not existed, my son bought a game accidentally and wanted to refund it, there was absolutely no way to contact them, only online assistant that looks like a fraud as it puts you in the queue to talk to an agent then closes the chat by itself before connecting to to anyone, what a terrible terrible experience.

Dismissive and unprofessional

Tried to contact playstation about an issue that occurred with their system on black friday. It charged my card 3 separate times, but did not go through. I tried to contact to help rectify the situation as I would still like to purchase the items. Was dismissed by Daniel and then his manager stating my card wouldn't work and blamed me for the issue. (Note I just used it on the site 10 minutes before for a ps5 that went through and already in transit) recieved no help nor understanding to try to correct the situation. Had the chat ended abruptly as they did not care to help
